Bright Up Your Living Room in Style
November 30th, 2007 by kpriss
It’s breathtakingly beautiful what designers can accomplish these days! This Chandelier is wearing Buro Vormkrijgers signature and it comes to join two more lamps that he created before in the same way.
The Therese Chandelier may seem traditional in form (and, why not, destination), but its construction is very special: 16 transparent contours illuminated by a special mini fluorescent bulb.
The Therese Chandelier comes in 8 different color filters so you can find one perfectly matching your living room and it costs $2.200 (for sale at gnr8).
Can you imagine the look on your guest’s face when you light up this fancy fixture?

To Heavy Bangs or Not to Cruise!
November 30th, 2007 by kpriss
Even if we live a revolutionary era, even if we still fight against sex discrimination and all, we do fancy a fairytale marriage. We do dream (from time to time, I agree!) about that beautiful white dress, that all emotional prince charming, that stunning bouquet et caetera, et caetera! And we bet Katie did too!!! Just look at her pretty face when she was all out of Scientology! You could smell her trusty, innocent air!
And then what she believed to be her prince charming came along… Lots and lots of hopes became reality for Katie! (you do remember all that fuss about TomKat, don’t you?).They even have a little babygirl named Suri.
Now here’s our dilemma: you’re a beautiful, young princess, in love with her prince charming, living at that wonderful castle with your baby princess. Nothing to do all day because there’s always someone else to do it for you, no friends (well.. unless you count Spice-Skinny-Posh out that is). Well, well… what can you do? Shopping? Yeaaah, a wonderful idea! Let’s go on a shopping spree!!! (oh, and let’s take Skinny-Posh-Becky-Vicky-whatever along). When you get tired of all that shopping (and posh-skinny-ing), what now? Mmmm… Cut your hair??! Yes, a super great idea! Maybe like that your prince charming will see you again (why not love you again?!). mmmm what now? Hair already short… shopping already done with…. mmmmmmm cut your hair again? And change it a bit, maybe NOW he’ll know you’re there! (we’re so impatiently waiting the radical change of colour!)

Christmas Present of The Day – Your Perfect Pyjamas
November 29th, 2007 by kpriss
For this Christmas we came up with the perfect pyjamas for you: the Elizabeth Cotton Pyjamas. Have them in classic full length, cropped, nightshirts or short robes, our favourites remains the lounge shorts! It’s a feminine adaptation of the classical boxer man short in so many colours and prints, you’ll fall in love instantly (they’re $46 each)!
Elizabeth Cotton, the soul and brain of all this said the story began one Christmas Eve, trying to find the perfect pyjamas to wear at her fiance’s parents house.
And since she spent days of shopping with no results, she decided to make the perfect pyjamas herself: “Each detail reflects my affection for designs that are clean, feminine, and timeless. I truly think that I now have a pair of perfect pajamas and I hope that you love them too!” … so do we!
$50.000 Tree Waste for Three
November 29th, 2007 by kpriss
Since she confessed in one of her latest interviews that “it’s about crowd control” with her three sons, Victoria Beckham just ordered the world’s most expensive tree house for Christmas. So Brooklyn (8years old), Romeo (5years old) and Cruz (2years old) will receive this huge sci-fi green bulb to play in the garden.
A Dre Wapenaar creation, internationally awarded for his architectural tents, this tree house has a nine foot diameter, hardwood floor and groovy round mattress inside, a mattress for 2 adults or 4 children and you can find it at Neiman Marcus.
And since we, so oldfashionly, have wooden tree houses, must consider ourselves so out of style since Victoria Beckham the trendsetter shows us the very meaning of playground.
What do you think? Snob of fab?
Style a Non-Existing-Window with Bright Blinds
November 29th, 2007 by kpriss
This may sound crazy, but we found this super gadget and we’d like to share: Bright Blinds! If you have a wall back at your place but it has no window, you can add these blinds to create the illusion of window.
It’s made out of electroluminescent sheets and if you think the simulated light is too bright, you can adjust the blind and reduce the light.
What do you think? It looks pretty real to us!
Anyway, we’re just proposing this idea. The creator of Bright Blinds is Makoto Hirahara and he’s made just the prototype for the moment. I imagine that if we buyers interested in his home improvement gadget, he won’t say no!
Playstation Gets the Bling Touch
November 29th, 2007 by kpriss
Imagine that you’re Missy Elliot. And your friends came over for a video game (why not? Celebrities do have weird occupations).
Wouldn’t you like to surprise them? We mean like.. totally surprise them? And by that we’re implying a solid 18k white gold and over 68ct in black diamonds playstation controller!!!
Well, that is not actually a playstation controller. It’s just a pendant meant to be worn on a chain! And we don’t even have its price because the owner claims it was a gift. We do have the right to dream!
