Gwyneth Paltrow’s Coach Campaign

For their 70th anniversary, Coach have treated themselves with a healthy dose of Gwyneth Paltrow. The actress – singer – kitchen maven Gwyneth smiles bright for Peter Lindbergh as she represents for Coach Fall Winter 2011 2012 Ad Campaign.

Impatiently waiting for Gwyneth’s fashinvasion as she only seems to stick to accessories (remember Tod’s?). At least she’s smiling! (via)

To be honest I do not mind Gwyneth Paltrow. Some find her GOOP blog ridiculous and over the top but I see her as someone who is trying to put out something positive in the world, and she is sharing the things that she loves and likes. : )
I love Coach they make fun and classic products, and Gwyneth looks happy and untouched in these photos.

I sometimes wonder why people feel so much hate when it comes to Gwyneth… It’s like everything she does is wrong! Why?

because she is thin, because she is beautiful, because she is talented, because she won an Oscar, because she has sense of style, because now she sings, because she wrote a book, because she has adorable kids , because she is very rich and because the MOST IMPORTANT of all: a “wood-burning pizza oven in the garden—a luxury, I know, …”

Gwyneth is too cool for school! The ultimate ‘it’ girl. She looks great – luv it.

Her advices on GOOP are unrealistic unless you live in her world. Sorry Elllington, Kpriss and many other bloggers are doing the same thing: trying to be positive and sharing things they love and like. So that’s not that spectactular or outstanding.

To you mdinah: she is annoying as hell and can not sing. She needs a lot work day by day to be thin and be “beautiful”:

“Of course I could never really wear any of her clothing because she is a size 4 or 6 at best and due to my 6 thousand dollar sessions with Tracy Anderson I am a very svelte size 0.”

(“Her” is her new BBF Beyonce a piece from her ELLE interview.)

Oh, did she write a book too? As for her singing? Yawn, I heard better singers who don’t get the attention she get but does her music going to sell? I think not. She is beautiful? Well, she’s pretty but mediocre pretty. I can not see anything “cool” about Gwyneth Paltrow at all.

I always found her hubby sexy. I loved Coldplay. Last time I saw him perform at Glastonbury, live on tv, I thought: “What has happen to sexy Chris?” And then I notices his cute crooky teeth were exchanged for veneers and his arms looked like he also had the pricey sessions with Tracy Anderson. I couldn’t stop staring at him; but it was different than 5 years ago: so I am not longer “jealous” at Gwynnie’s hubby lol!!

And I don’t care either if anyone thinks I am a hater. Becaue I am not. I begin to get sick of these celebtard admiring as if they are the new Gods in the downfall of the New Rome! So, that’s of my chest and that’s what happen to people that live in the real world!!!

Aginger I never said that what Gwyneth did with her blog was outstanding or spectacular I said that she is at least trying to at least put something positive in the world, and that is something I think we should all try to do whether one has a blog or not. Yes it is a reflection of her world but would one accept her words if she spoke in the voice of a single woman with 2 kids and no wealth behind her? No I think not. Some things she has posted on Goop I have found intriguing like when she discussed God/religion/faith with many different commentators from many different religions and faiths.
I take her for what she is… Gywneth Paltrow. She is not better than any one nor is she lesser than anyone.
I do not hate her, nor do I worship her. I do not think she is a great singer but to be honest there are many out there who call themselves singers and they really are horrid but they make CDs and people buy them. She tries things and for that I can not fault her. Let her try,she is simply living her life, and sharing bits of it. And if one does not like what she has to say or the world she comes from then do not read about her or it.
As for living in the “real world” I really hate that statement because in all honest all worlds are real, just because you do not belong to them or take part in them does not mean that they do not exist for better or for worse. My “world”education and upbringing is very real and a true experience to me, but to some who may not be as well off or as blessed they would scoff and say that I do not live in the real world, and that is just janky reasoning. And sadly I have had some say just that to me about my parents who have been married for 51 years, my education, the fact that I went to private schools and have never really wanted for anything. Now do those things make my world any less real?
It is not a competition, it is not a race, we are all here for different reasons, with different gifts and circumstances and lengths of time. Just be the best you that you can be, that is all anyone can and should do.
Thanks for letting me get that off my chest. : )

Oops…right…I just had heard and read that saving money is worthless although I already understood that some time ago. All my savings are less worth but of course the taxes over the savings are not adjust to the inflation….I think I am going to buy myself a whole new interior asap!

I apologise for this outburst because it’s not your fault who read this.

I love you Kpriss for your patience and respect for freedom of speech. Thank you. :* <3

Oh Ellington we were typing here at the same time!! Of course you are right as well writing from your perspective. As I did…:)

@ ajginger – Your post about Gwyneth is hilarious & I totally agree with you! But I have decided to only comment on the imagery & I think this campaign is great but you know I would prefer a model in my magazines. Carolyn Murphy or Carmen Kass could have delivered these shots if the image required is the cool upper class blonde!

#10 ajginger on 08.04.11 at 5:30 pm

Carmen Kass! Great model. I believe she had political ambitions? Not to forget she’s a master chess player. Even a champion for her country Estonia I believe? Haven’t seen her in ages?

Wise words Ellington. wise words…
I am of the opinion we always have to improve ourselves. what is an unreal world?? learning to appreciate a good wine? learning to select beautiful sheets? or to appreciate classical music?? for some people those seem unrealistic at this moment. but who knows what life will bring to you? Some people posted here a while ago that kpriss runs a”ridiculous blog”.. you see? maybe for his guetto culture it is stupid to admire frivolous things. if you have the conscience that there are other facets to contemplate in our reality, I find it refreshing to be frivolous sometimes.

Oh, I love you guys so much! Thank you for indulging me in my frivolous pleasures! :X
