Oh wow! Look, August magazines are out! The lovely Emma Stone covers the August 2011 issue of Vanity Fair. And boy, does she look amazing, or what?
It’s particularly great since Emma is originally a gorgeous redhead and now she’s all blonde and truly beautiful also! I love her versatility (and I don’t know which to choose? Redhead or blonde). Her photo session took place on the marvelous isle of St Barth under the directions of highly esteemed photographed Patrick Demarchelier. I’m in complete, absolute, infinite awe about what the aftereffects can do to a picture? Look at the setting (in the video after the jump) and look at the final result! Who needs natural light? (a short version of her interview here; via)

I love her. she’s so classic-looking.
I think Emma Stone has heaps of spunk but Vanity Fair recycles the same ole same ole imagery. Blonde starlet in a red bikini smiling coyly – nice but boring.
I know, i know, you’re right, I’m thinking the same myself, but hey, at least that sells, right? (plus it’s not a cheesy image, Emma is lovely and the photo is impeccable. Imagine Lindsay Lohan in her place and you’ll instantly feel the love for this cover!)
