Surprise, surprise! Look who’s back for another BlackBook edition: Christina Ricci! She graces the cover and the pages of the October 2010 issue of the magazine, bonus an interview where she openly speaks about her anorexia troubles.
Regardless of her BlackBook past, this October’s Yu Tsai signed pictorial brings back something from the past. An old Christina Ricci we know and treasure because she’s authentic and not your average Hollywood starlet. She’s dark and mysterious, rebellious and untamed. And that, my daahlings, is what I call authentic. That’s what style icons are made of. The “old” Christina Ricci? Where has she gone? This is so boring all she does is posing like every other celeb in every magazine around: pose sexy, sexy, sexy….I’m in desperate need for something ‘normal’ but can’t remember what that was really……
Or are you all who read in here dressed like that? Move like that behind the stove, play with your kids, whatever…..? Please enlighten me?

As for her ‘sexy’ poses – she looks more like a model than an actress here. The poses are standard model fare and she carries them off quite naturally, I think.
