Underwater photography is pretty spectacular in my opinion. It takes so much to pull it right that every other photosetting just blushes away in comparison. Brazilian born (1970), self taught photographer Jacques Dequeker is a Vogue and Marie Claire regular and his portfolio is impressive.
This set comes from the Brazilian Wish Report, their 35th issue, February 2010. Underwater photos are truly magical and whimsical. These are lovely. I really like the one of the white dress that looks like a sea anemone. :)
