Keeping my eyes peeled at the Fashion Week’s catwalks, I decided to take advantage of the instant features, living fashion as it is delivered, hot, on the catwalk. More so since it was about a new collection from fashion’s favorite militant activist extraordinaire, Vivienne Westwood!
Dame Viv’s Fall 2013 collection was a stunning display of unconventional layering in the name of style. Socks, lace, silk, capes, jersey, tulle, cotton. You name it! It was there, in the layers!
Keeping true to her sky high chunky platforms, theatrical fashion display and rebellious style ways, Vivienne Westwood threw some blue claws in the catwalk game and layered on. Purple, beige, prints, plaids, dots: it all looks like a cleverly assembled derelict-uos puzzle.
Paint your face, paint your skin but don’t forget your tights! Shred your cape, pull up your socks, but braid your hair and be a fashion warrior! I so love Vivienne Westwood’s powerful creativity! It’s a big pile of fashion n’importe quoi, but I love it!

: )
Moreover it was so joyful . It was inspirational to those who love to make their own clothes. Nothing is standard or trendsetting.
Dame Vivienne Westwood and husband Andreas Kronthaler do not compromise. I love it there’s still room for unconventional shows like this in the fashion business.
