Natalie Portman And Johnny Depp’s My Valentine

This is so beautiful! If you haven’t seen it, you can do so now! Johnny Depp and his guitar, Natalie Portman and her… well, you know, her magic charisma. And that’s not all, you see! The video is a music video, actually, for Paul McCartney’s My Valentine, his own composition, part of his latest album with mostly covers, Kisses on the Bottom.

They say Mr Slowhand, Eric Clapton is the guitar we’re hearing in this special sign language video directed by Wally Pfister (Inception, The Dark Knight). Three versions are available: one with both Natalie Portman and Jack Sparrow… ahem Johnny Depp, one with just Natalie Portman and one with just Johnny. I can’t really pick a favorite, but I think I’ll stop here and watch them all again. (and again, less is so much more!)

I pick the one with Natalie and Johnny together. I love the ‘solo’s’ too though. Due to their so different effluence I find it more interesting to see them together.
Natalie looks so radiant innocent and very beautiful. Johnny is almost old wisdom and it looks lot of that bit Cherokee (?) blood man he seems to have since he get older. More so than a Jack Sparrow.
Being not really a fan of Paul McCartney I’d like song. Have to confess I didn’t recognize Mr Slowhand.
