And because I entered a somewhat envirofriendly state of mind, thinking about the ways we could care more about our Earth and make it less angry (I believe that whatever we do, it boomerangs back at us. So I’d be concentrating on doing some good), I stumbled upon Emma Watson‘s new People Tree 2011 collection.
Her Spring Summer 2011 collection is the third of its kind and also said to be the last for the brand. I don’t know if that’s true, given that Emma just took a break from school to attend her other activities (filming and whatsoever), maybe designing clothes is among them? Do you think she actually designed any of those items? Either way, getting involved in a sustainable project like this one is good for the said brand, I’m certain! Emma Watson seems to have more talent in her little finger than many other celebrities who collaborate with brands for exclusive collections. I have a feeling (and hope its true) that she was more involved than simply approving design sketches.
She also makes really wise choices with her life (than most teen & twenty-something stars). I really respect her decision to get involved with People Tree!
