The words of Alber Elbaz “I’m not a cool designer” now have a new meaning in the light of some shoes confessions made by Gwyneth Paltrow at her Country Song movie premiere. She was wearing a pair of gorgeously trendy stilettos from the Lanvin Spring Summer 2011 collection (yes, Lanvin again – what can I do? Everybody loves Lanvin!).
However, when asked about the shoes, she painfully admitted that she felt like “in a torture vice”. How uncool of you indeed, Mr Elbaz, to want to put women up to such painful tasks when wearing a pair of (undoubtedly exorbitantly expensive) shoes designed by you! Do you think the H & M ones will fit better than their haute couture cousins? (via 1, 2)

I said it yesterday and say it again: watch your precious back, hips and feet my ladies! And stop being a fashion sheep for crying out loud! Mr Elbaz should go suffer on a diet for a while and become as thin as that hideous nails of that shoes. So!
