Now that’s a good cover for October! Maybe I just have a thing for redheads? Karen Elson covers the British edition of Harper’s Bazaar, the October 2010 issue. And the word is: flawless.
I was listening to the radio the other day and, guess what? While I was preparing this Karen Elson piece, there was a Karen Elson song on the very radio! How funny is that? It’s now hard to look at this Harper’s Bazaar imagery without hearing Lunasa playing in the background! Do hit the jump, press play and look again at the larger images you’ll find below. Doesn’t it make more sense, all of a sudden? (it also makes a lot more sense than two hundred and something words about how beautiful, stunning et caetera Karen looks through Alexi Lubomirski’s lenses!) (photos HB via)

Thanks Kpriss. :)
Beautiful. So Karen’s music gets airplay then? Good to hear. I’ve played this album the whole summer long. I love it to bits. As I love her as a model too for a long time now. She looks flawless indeed.
Ha, I’ve often told here how good certain orange colors look on us redheads right? :) I’m gonna purchase this issue. Has been ages since I bought Bazaar.
I recommend her album The Ghost Who Walks, I’ve a weak spot for the Nashville sound. Hubby Jack White produced and play drums on the album. Not in this video as far as I could see and hear?
She is so lovely to look at, and this is a stellar cover!
I will have to give some of her songs a listen. :)
She’s definitely up there on the ‘my favourite models’ list. She’s just got this timeless look, without even trying.
