Princess Style Cake

Now this is my irresistible item of the day! No, it’s not a pair of sky scraping gorgeous heels, it’s not even a flowy, flowery, summery maxi dress! Not even a bag! It’s a cake!

Princess Peach birthday cake with sugar hard candy jewels! And it’s all for a little girl’s Super Mario themed birthday party! I so wish I had that cake chez moi right now! I’d think twice whether to spare the perfect candy jewels or not. On a second thought – not! That cake is so perfect, it wouldn’t last 10 minutes in our busy household! What, you think you can do better? I dare you, take a second look at it and tell me you’re on a diet of some crazy kind! (via)

What a pity I’m not on Facebook……I can make an account and do nothing and be a friend too right?

lol! oh, yes you can! Yes, you can! (and it would be an honor having you as a friend on facebook! – Ellington – it’s great seeing you there!) I’m not so good on Facebook you see, I’m barely trying to make my way around :)

as for the cake – you’re right, it looks ravishing! The last cake I made was a strawberry shortcake adapted into a cake. It was… well, not as impeccable as the one above (and surely not with all that sugar coating and/or jewels), however, it was gone in sixty seconds and heavenly good! Cakes are definitely the soul of the party! :X
