Looking like sisters (and behaving like high school bffs), Liv Tyler and Kate Hudson keep their loyalty towards Stella McCartney. They both showed up, just like the last time, with the British designer on the Red Carpet of the Met’s Costume Institute 2010 Gala.
Though Kate Hudson looks like she always does, vamping a droite et a gauche, Liv Tyler doesn’t strike me as flawless. The eyeliner makeup doesn’t seem to help either and the dress while being absolutely beautiful looks like it’s missing something. Stella McCartney’s black asymmetrical dress is plain and glamourless. What’s missing from Stella McCartney’s Met 2010 double date? (more images right after the jump, click here for the gallery) (photos via)

Nah, I’m not charmed by these three. Though Kate’s new boobies look very natural; well done. Liv’s pretty face is damaged by the work: sorry, I hesitate a bit to type it but this is what I think: she looks like a drag-queen. I’ve nothing against drag-queens but in this case I think it was not meant to be?
Lots of feet look ugly showing those veins…..sorry…..oh, the dresses, nah…..no.
They do not impress me either. I am not a big fan of Stella McCartney’s clothes and these dresses are not helping along to become one.
They look like three women who went to the mall and got their dresses and makeup.
I agree with Adriana’s comment! :)
“Liv’s pretty face is damaged by the work ”
What do you mean? Cosmetic work?
Liv Tyler has VERY strong features. Pronounced cheekbones et al. As she ages and with unflattering camera angles, she might look a touch masculine at times but I think the drag queen comment is funny cuz her dad (who she closely resembles) was so often considered very feminine-looking.
