The second H&M collection “Fashion Against Aids” is set to hit stores on May 28th. Once more, most talented and famous fighters against AIDS designed t-shirts for the cause.
Dita von Teese, Katy Perry, Roisin Murphy, NERD, Cindy Lauper, Estelle, Yoko Ono, Dangerous Muse, Tokyo Hotel, Yelle, Katharine Hamnett, all got their personal design skills at work for H&M anti AIDS campaign. (the story continues right after the jump with more pictures!)
Reaching out to every generation through the artists involved in the 2009 campaign, Fashion Against AIDS project with H&M will be available in DIVIDED departments in 30 countries (almost 1,000 stores!). Spreading the word, spreading an attitude, spreading the education, could this really work in creating a safer, healthier world? (via 1, 2, 3)

I like the idea but if it works? I’m alarmed by the facts that SOA’s numbers have arised despite all the information and all the actions…..
Anyway, go H&M because this has to stop.
Ah, I forgot to take a peak at our H&M at Matthew Williamson collection and to buy that lip balm at the Body Shop for the same good cause! Oh, I can’t stand it…..grrrr….passed both shops….
SOA’s is not English right? It stands for all sexual diseases that transfer via unsafe sex.
Further I’ve found out that the collection is made off eco friendly cotton and I am a bit dissapointed that only 25% of the profits goes to the good cause…..hmm….
25% of the sales price of all garments of the FAA collection will be donated to HIV/AIDS awareness projects, which equals more or less all net proceeds. So there’s no need at al to be disappointed, Adriana.
