Smoothing the skin, hiding blemishes, we’ve all seen that. We’re getting used to seeing people on magazine covers slimmed with Photoshop.
Rare are the occasions where we can see a total altering of one’s face (and/or body) with Photoshop tools. Britney’s Circus is one of those cases. Not only her skin is perfect and her hair is magical, but her face is… totally different from the real life. The Circus sells fantasies, as usual (just for the record.. I don’t like that Rodarte dress from the album’s cover). Now if Britney is doing Christina (in her retro, lovely, Baby Jane era), Christina should do Beyonce? Now that Beyonce is doing Sasha…? YAWN! Do people actually buy this and believe in the tooth fairy as well?I’m still wondering how her hair grew so fast after that shaved head incident. I know I know…extensions. But come on it still smells fishy.
…..and her new “hit-single” sucks too….
Eesh. And they didn’t even do her any favors with all that Photoshopping …
She looks as though she is made of plastic. I am glad that she is not having her meltdown(s) but if she stopped making records I wouldn’t cry.
Yep, the glory off photoshop, airbrush and fake. I’ve the feeling sometimes it depends on the person if its annoying?
Speaking of PhotoShop, Allure has been going nuts about it the last couple months. Check out the November 2008 cover with Eva Longoria looking totally and completely like someone else.
Oh, and don’t forget the new one with Scarlett Johannsson (sp?) looking, well, completely like someone else.
Nowadays I always read the headlines just so I can figure out who the hell the person on a magazine, album or movie cover is SUPPOSED to me.

Looking at these pics again I have to say britney looks like Heather Locklear here.
Victoria Laza – I saw Eve Longoria recently in a L’Oreal eye lash ad and didn’t recognise her! She looked like a Doe surprised by a flashlight! LOL!
Heather Locklear?
Really?
I think she looks like Vanessa on Paris Hilton’s My New BFF.
