I’m unsure if the models exhibited are all the collection there is, but I counted a dozen different models more on the platform-gladiator style, one uglier than the other. Is this inspiring in any way? Why doesn’t she look happy for the collection launch? It’s like she’s in pain! Well, sista, to tell you the truth, I would’ve been too if I had to present such ugly shoes!

Another celebrity “designer”!!??
Yippee! If Lindsay Lohan can design leggings (leggings!! what kind of design and artistic skill does that take, I would have been more impressed if she had chosen to design shoelaces.) Fergie can do shoes. I am now waiting for the Paris Hilton designer home pregnancy kits. Its just got to happen! ;)

As for this ‘designers’ and ‘designs’ I begin to wonder what the word really means. English is not my mother’s tongue (as you know) but I’ve thought that I understood designer, design, designs…..but no, it I’ve to check this out better I believe…..is it celeb, celebrity, celebrities??
But I truly believe that one day this whole ‘celeb/design’ thing shall explode. And to use your words: its just got to happen!!!
OMG….just noticed the newest addition of celeb offspring: Dhani Harrison son of George Harrison. I think I like his late and modest, laid-back father better…..does it ever stop?

I don’t know if there was ever a lazier generation than this one! Every celeb offspring reclaims his/hers parents place in the spotlight…”Who are you? and what do you do?” “I’m my father/mother’s daughter/son and that’s enough!” That’s why real professionals don’t get a shot at anything – because they’re asphyxiated by celebs. Like those parasites living on a healthy tree, feeding up on it, killing it and then dying because they’ve ran out of food!
