I have a certain amount of appreciation for Vanessa Paradis. Which could look completely baseless whenever I get to look at pictures like these.
Photographed by Karl Lagerfeld, Vanessa Paradis pulls a witch number on the world for the Russian edition of Tatler magazine, the July 2011 issue. I wish I could read Russian, I could, maybe, understand why and how did this happen. And especially, what was der Kaiser thinking when he styled her like this! Although she looks like Magenta from the Rocky Horror finale – I love it because I always feel that celebrities like Vanessa Paradis (& Tilda Swinson) are beyond the A list & they make decisions based on their art & creativity & not on hype & what it can do for my career. It always seem genuine.
