Kate Winslet In Blue Narciso Rodriguez Dress At 2009 SAG Awards

It seems blue is a serious trend on the Red Carpet. Here goes Kate Winslet in a blue Narciso Rodriguez gown for the 2009 SAG Awards.

Kate Winslet won the award for Best Supporting Actress (The Reader – you can watch her acceptance speech after the jump). For this special occasion, Kate Winslet had a Narciso Rodriguez gown and Chopard jewelry.

Embracing her curves, Kate’s dress didn’t impress me. It looks so much like a Herve Leger I can’t think of anything else. Do you think it looks good on her? (photos via celebutopia)

Katie Holmes In Brown Jil Sander Dress At The 2009 SAG Awards

Katie Holmes was at the 2009 SAG Awards ceremony to present the Male Actor In A Leading Role Award (Sean Penn).

For the occasion, Katie had a Jil Sander dress (Spring-Summer 2009), slightly modified from the original catwalk model (significantly shorter). Matching her dress to a slick straight bob, she didn’t make quite an impression on me. She did on you?

Plus, I do confess, I loved Karlie wearing that dress on the Jil Sander runway more than I enjoyed Katie’s shorter and less découpé version on the 2009 SAG Awards stage! (more after the jump) (photos via celebutopia, style.com)

Angelina Jolie’s Blue Max Azria Dress At SAG Awards 2009

Angelina‘s doing another Max Azria moment with a blue gown, floor length but with her back exposed, showing some of her trademark tattoos.

Talking about choosing her dresses, she confessed only wanting to feel comfortable, so I’m not getting into that endless talk about her awfully similar outfit with the previous ones she had for the Critics Choice Awards or the Golden Globes. (click down to see more pictures of Angelina and Brad at the SAG Awards 2009)

The most interesting quote I’ve heard from her this SAG 2009 night is when she answered about Brad Pitt :”it’s nice to be with your best friend and have a laugh in the middle of it all.. you know!”.. Is that all, Angelina?

Let’s get back to Angelina Jolie’s SAG 2009: what about that hair? It’s obviously better than that Berlin strange-do, but still… (you can watch three clip/interviews of Angelina with or without Brad at the SAG Awards 2009 after the jump) (photos via celebutopia)

Chanel Iman Does Page Six Magazine

Page Six has done it again. Last we heard, they were joining the Gossip Girl mania with Taylor Momsen, the so called new It fashionista.

Now they’re covering the new It model, Chanel Iman! I love Chanel, but I truly think she makes a much impression with one of her sweet faces rather than this superior attitude gracing Page Six Mag.

However, I think change is in the air and Chanel is more than welcomed to spend her beauty convincing the world that not every-white-standard (artificially set) is a good one! Go girl, you rock! You can watch her Page Six Interview and making of Page Six editorial right after the jump! (via)

Ashley Tisdale Has Vit Daino Side Pocket Prada Brown Tote

Going from Louis Vuitton to Prada… Is it a sign that maybe Prada is riding the fame wave more than Louis Vuitton lately?

Given their focusing more on celebs and less on actual design/ing, I don’t blame Ashley for trying to make people take her fashion seriously with a Prada bag. Though it really looks beautiful, I only love this bag in brown. (more pictures after the jump)

Wear It Like Beckham With Cesare Paciotti Beckham Shoes!

The Beckhams, the living life& style icons of the new successful generation! Leading a glamorous life, they’re everywhere and I don’t think that’s gonna change (anytime soon)!

Cesare Paciotti’s collection of men shoes for Fall Winter 09/10 features a very special creation called the Beckham shoe. Limited edition, this sequined eccentricity has 18 karats gold details.

In my shoes-experience, sequined shoes don’t go easy with your pants so the only valid option Becks has is to skirt-fashion like Marc Jacobs! I have to ask, though, how does a football (soccer) player inspire a sequined shoe? (via)

Roberto Cavalli And Aprica Baby Safari Collection Strollers

Move over Marc Jacobs Bugaboo, here comes the black Baby Safari collection from Aprica designed exclusively by Roberto Cavalli!

Gwen Stefani shall quickly be outfashioned by the new animal print Aprica stroller signed Cavalli! Skipping the technical details (that I assure you, make a car-science out of a simple stroller!), I’ll just say that this new wonder of fashion and design looks rather vintage to me, mainly because of the reversible handle (and the big wheels).

And if it wasn’t for the legendary animal print, I wouldn’t have seen anything special in the new Aprica Baby Safari. Available in two more colors or a custom variation of the Roberto Cavalli monogram, the Aprica Baby Safari joins the designer goodies for your little one.

Would you match your stroller to your dress? (fashiontimes via elitechoice)

Perez Hilton’s Book Red Carpet Suicide Complete Flop

As always, it’s a complete delight to watch fellow bloggers (went celebs) trying to prove they can be more than just writers behind a computer screen (for more than just the world wide web population).

Perez Hilton was first drawn by the fashion glamorous world and he went for a clothing and flops collection. The collection was an infamous fail. But Perez does not quit. No-no! He stubbornly reaches out from behind his computer trying to touch us all!

Now he went geeky with a book called Red Carpet Suicide and even if the title doesn’t give in the subject, there’s no fashion related content. It’s supposed to be a guide to becoming a Hilton. Like himself!

Perez Hilton Red Carpet Suicide book

Meaning a famous for being famous. In order to get there, you have to follow few simple steps (amongst them – eating disorders, drugs addictions, complete intimacy exposure and so on). In other words, Perez Hilton wrote a blog-like-book with advices for those aiming to be featured in blog-articles by Perez Hilton.

The only problem is.. the book was rated 1/5 star out of 5! Hence – another complete flop! Hear that, Mr Schuman? (via badgeherald, photos via amazon, wireimage)
