I really was a fan of Hermes Kelly 2 wristwatches. Simple, elegant, the double wrap strap had that je-ne-sais-quoi that caught my watch-eye indefinitely. (actually, price-definitely – I wouldn’t spend $1,400 on a watch!) Now, however, things have changed. There’s a three-wrap strap watch available now. From Burberry.

The only downside is that it’s for men. The triple wrap looks lovely vintage, army inspired and highly stylish (priced at $595). It was first seen on Spring Summer 2009 men catwalk; on a closer inspection, the antique gold-plating case with luminova hands and numbers is water resistant up to 3atm/30m. Why couldn’t they issue a Burberry Triple Wrap Leather Watch for women too? (via)
