Miley Cyrus Wardrobe
September 1st, 2009 by kpriss
It may not be as interesting as knowing how many shoes Rachel Zoe really owns, but nevertheless, inside fashion scoops on celeb wardrobes is not without some (guilty) pleasure.
It’s a Big-Brother-ish moment (without any fashion or trends-following logic) with Miley Cyrus (and Mandy Jiroux) about what to keep and what to remove from the closet. Actually, she has a walk-in closet, the size of a regular living room. (and she even ditched the lucky t-shirt she met Johnny Depp in! if she’d auction it off on eBay, she’d make a fortune! Not to mention someone’s day. Week. Month. Life!) (via)
Zoe Saldana’s Vanity Fair September 2009 Harlem Shoot
September 1st, 2009 by kpriss
As our friend Ellington suggested, I went searching for Zoë Saldana’s pictorial from Vanity Fair, September 2009. And what a wonderful, epic photo shoot I found!
After being a very important part of the new Star Trek (as our recently featured Zachary Quinto), Zoë Saldana is ready to take the world by storm with another super sci-fi movie under James Cameron’s directorial supervision: Avatar. (in case you missed last week’s internet buzz, you can check out Avatar’s trailer after the jump!). But Vanity Fair brought another Zoë Saldana to light: an angel of Harlem! (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)

Rodarte Sisters Inspired By The Texas Chainsaw Massacre
September 1st, 2009 by kpriss
The two Rodarte sisters, Kate and Laura Mulleavy admitted openly to be inspired by horror movies like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Dawn of the Dead. They’re also in talks for their own movie. No word about the genre, yet.
Expecting more trashed fabric and dechiré outfits for their upcoming collection. Any horror movie matching up to the Chain Massacre legend lately? (WWD, photos Impawards, Zimbio, photochopping courtesy Stylefrizz)

Where Is Alice Dellal?
August 31st, 2009 by kpriss
No, Alice Dellal did not retire from modelling at an early age (or following her illegal substance usage photos that were made public a while back). She’s doing just fine, thanks for asking, modelling like she knows to, sporting the same strange haircut.
Her latest work is a lookbook for the British maison of David David Spring Summer 2009. Perfectly colorful, perfectly dizzing, just like she is, Alice presents us the many prints of David David SS 09. Isn’t she lovely? Didn’t you miss her?
Megan Fox Is In Wonderland, September 2009
August 31st, 2009 by kpriss
Megan Fox, this rebellious, young version of Angelina Jolie does yet another magazine pictorial. That, of course, is partly due to her latest film coming soon in a movie theater near you.
Not arguing with the obvious physical advantages of Megan Fox, it’s daylight clear that a diva pose like the Wonderland’s September 2009 cover one does wonders for anyone, let alone foxy Megan! However, she’s in Hollywood fashion right now and she does look like a tres available clone of Angelina Jolie. That comes as very little surprise, since Angelina’s physical features were big trends in plastic surgery. If the cover doesn’t cut it for you, check out the video with images from the photoshooting right after the jump! (photo via)

Marc Jacobs On Film (Warhol’s 1987 Fifteen Minutes)
August 31st, 2009 by kpriss
Someone in Melbourne thought it would be a fashionable thing to have a Marc Jacobs on Film moment during their Spring Fashion Week. All week, all Marc Jacobs. Isn’t it fabulous?
Six films praise Marc Jacobs talents and fash-contributions, films he didn’t even know about! And to show just how modern and upbeat everything Marc Jacobs really is, Bryanboy is being flown in for the opening of this special event! Fierce and fabulous! Oh, and for those of you not being in Melbourne for the event, here’s a special preview with scenes from an episode of Fifteen Minutes, Andy Warhol’s MTV series from the 80s. (No, that is not Olivier Theyskens!) (more images and the video right after the jump!) (via)
