Simple Trick For Bad Face And Bad Hair Days
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
While some struggle with Photoshop, others with studded makeup, but models know best how to keep it simple!
And we have to take notes, there’s the New Year Resolution moment right around the corner! I’d start by vowing to throw away my umbrellas, makeup and hair products! Who needs them when you can use a simple cardboard box? (the following takes place in Paris during Fashion Week) (photo via)

The Smiths Do White House: Will And Jada’s Obama Interview
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
There’s not much to say about this Nobel Prize interview. You have to watch it (if you want to) and process the information. The good part of it is that because of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, what should be a stiff presidential interview with Barack Obama, gets cinematic and Hollywood-ish (there’s a second part, right after the jump, don’t miss it! it’s mainly about Michelle!)
Does it bring something new? You tell me! (I just had the most overwhelming Black Suits Comin’ feeling! Just Nod Ya Head!) (aDitLo via DbB)
The Brangelina Domestic Bliss By Daniel Edwards, Xvala
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
We’ve lived through a golden, yoga twisted Kate Moss, now let us join hands and admire the Brangelina Domestic Bliss! As projected by Daniel Edwards and XVALA.
A life-size sculpture of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt (clothesless), in an approximate embrace (notice how Brad keeps his macho cool air and flexes his bi/tri/whatev’/ceps), bonus the dove on Angelina’s shoulder! Yes, that really exists and it’s considered art! At least by its author – Daniel Edwards! (click through to read more, check out the video and take a closer look at the statue, or click here to see the gallery!)
Rodarte For Target Looks Like This
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
We’ve been asking how Rodarte’s collection for Target Go International is going to look like! Well, no more questions, here’s the lookbook of the very Target creations by the Mulleavy sisters!
Skeletons and sequins, tulle and animal print, cardigans and bright colors, the collection has it all (minus the Rodarte feeling, but maybe that’s just me). How do you like it? Do you see the Rodarte style between the seams? (if you need more to conclude, just click through to discover more images from the Rodarte for Target collection, fall winter 2009/2010!) (via)
Jessie Cave’s Flowers And Polka Dots Disaster
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
Have I told you I’m a Harry Potter fan? Well, I’m catching up then: I looove Harry Potter! Now getting back to the actual point of the communication: remember Lavender Brown? She was interpreted by Jessie Cave (and pretty good, I might add).
Here’s Jessie Cave pulling her best wild things impression on showing up to the London premiere of “Where the wild things are”. Studying animation and illustration really paid off, apparently: Jessie is a walking proof of colors and patterns induced migraine: vivid flower printed short dress, sparkling emerald cardi and the polka dots madness that follows. (I won’t even pick on the orange makeup! Nope, not one word!) What say you? Cast your vote right after the first image! (photos via)

Courtney Love Is Dazed And Confused, January 2010
December 15th, 2009 by kpriss
I will never deny my Nirvana years! No matter what! I loved that grunge-y feeling as induced by my old cassette deck playing MTV’s Nirvana Unplugged on and on! (remember those cassette deck dinosaurs? Ohhh man! It feels like ages ago!)
Talking about Courtney Love as the queen of rock’n’roll feels somewhat misplaced as grunge is no longer fashionable and mothers losing control are far from being an inspiration. (Courtney lost the legal custody of her teen daughter, Frances Bean Cobain, to her mother in-law and sister in-law). Courtney covers Dazed and Confused by right! The January 2010 issue, however, unfolds strangely! (the story continues right after the jump with more images! Click here to see the gallery!)
