The City Bike Trussardi 1911
April 19th, 2010 by kpriss
This is the second time Trussardi goes out for the bicycle fashion followers around the world. Their first model it appears to have been a success back in 1981 so they’re at it again with the City bike Trussardi 1911.
Heavily accessorized, the new Trussardi bike seems to be en accord with the new camouflage trends, all it needs is a little Balmain. And if you can afford the Trussardi City Bike ($2,550), you can surely find some pocket change to buy a Balmain jacket or trousers to match! (Trussardi via Ykone)

Tilda’s Glen Luchford Vs. AnOther’s Jefferson Hack’s Tilda
April 18th, 2010 by kpriss
As we know, we’re constantly mesmerized by Tilda Swinton here. Her style, her life, everything around her stirs controversy. Everything but her acting. She may be many things, but Tilda Swinton is a perfect professional.
And because we’re so drawn to anything she does/says, here’s a bit of bonus from AnOther’s Jefferson Hack (a brief and dynamic interview with Tilda Swinton, conducted by the editor of AnOther and Dazed and Confused which can be read en entier here): (right after the jump you’ll find Tilda Swinton in a film signed by Glen Luchford for Dazed and Confused)
“What makes you laugh?:My children’s plays – invariably – especially the ones involving beards.
What do you consider to be the greatest invention?:Fireworks.
Recommend a book or poem that has changed your perspective on life : Great Expectations.”

Penelope Cruz For Vogue Paris May 2010
April 18th, 2010 by kpriss
Despite the obvious difficulties of choosing one representative title for an article describing Vogue Paris May 2010 issue, I’ll have to go for guest editor Penelope Cruz holding the main credentials for this Cannes special French Vogue.
Three covers seem to be available for this particular issue: one featured right below with star actresses Meryl Streep, Julianne Moore, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Winslet, Naomi Watts and, biensur, Penelope Cruz. All wearing (RED)Hot tees. The second cover (you can find it right after the jump) pictures Penelope Cruz demi-profiled by Bono the great (which would explain half the mystery of the first cover – the (RED) t-shirts). And a third cover (hope to get my eyes on pretty soon and share it with you UPDATE: I added the third cover, you can see it at the very end of this article) showing living legend Meryl Streep alongside Penelope Cruz. (the story continues right after the jump!)

Barbie And LeSportsac Bags Collection
April 18th, 2010 by kpriss
This is definitely a special time for Barbie. Not only her anniversary has called in for wonderful designers and amazing celebrations, but she seems to be a continuous source of inspiration.
LeSportsac premiered a new range of bags and accessories with Barbie. Exclusively distributed in Japan (at least for now), the nine bags from this collaboration range from $20 to $100 and more for the larger models. The prints (and models), however don’t inspire me that much – pink, black and splashes of white, daisies and Barbie silhouettes, it’s like there’s something missing from LeSportsac‘s palette. What say you? (more images right after the jump!) (via)
Crystal Feathers Jeans
April 16th, 2010 by kpriss
Just when you thought you pretty much seen it all, when it comes to tacky, there’s no actual limit to what a dubious taste/d mind can imagine.
The Chandelier Crystal Feather Rosebud Jeans are so perfect (in whatever they’re trying to prove), words have no meaning. The images speak for themselves: you won’t be able to take your eyes away from that glory! Have you ever imagined jeans that way? (all I can think of pairing with these jeans is the equally marvelous pair of high chair shoes. Match made in heaven!) (available here)
Scarlett Johansson For Mango Summer 2010 – The Rejuvenating Collection
April 15th, 2010 by kpriss
Contrary to what it may appear from the following lines, I value Scarlett Johansson as a professional. Her acting career is filled with authenticity and hard work. I’m not equally convinced by her musical tryouts and especially her modelling days.
Scarlett Johansson for Mango is something we’re getting used to seeing season after season. However, I wasn’t expecting to see a much younger Scarlett in Mango’s upcoming Spring Summer 2010 campaign. Young is good. Mango targets the young clientele. How about being truthful to your clients? (that aside, I’m just loving the white mini dress from the first image!)

How To Pose Like A Model
April 15th, 2010 by kpriss
You’ve seen it countless times in fashion magazines and ad campaigns all over the fashion/world. And this is pretty much how you can summarize it all.
The fancy poses of a fashion model don’t look so complicated and elaborated any more. (you’re looking at Lucky magazine’s Creative Andrea Linett, her own vision of a Sassy magazine spread published a long time ago). Could someone come up with a funny schematics of fashion bloggers poses? It won’t be that complicated, they’re all doing the “must-go-to-the-toilet” pose, don’t they? (iheartthreadbared via jezebel)
Heroes Hayden Panettiere’s Lush Lingerie
April 15th, 2010 by kpriss
It’s been quite a while since we last talked Hayden Panettiere and her clothing issues. While continuing Heroes for another series is yet uncertain, Hayden keeps herself busy.
And by that I’m not looking to imply her personal life either. I’m talking about what’s fed to the public. And in her case, right now, it’s a photoshoot for Lush Magazine. With Hayden Panettiere wearing lingerie only. And striking some pretty grown-up pictures. She does so without being sticky, gross or derailed in my view. I actually think the photos turned out impeccable. Wouldn’t you say? (photos via)
