Now let’s get the obvious out of the way: sure I was going to bring Emma Watson’s Vogue UK cover on board! Bring on the “men of style”! I’m guilty as charged!

Getting a December 2010 cover feels like one of the most normal things to do with the new Harry Potter soon in theaters. (can’t believe we’re talking about December covers already! I still feel the summer pouring down my veins!) With her new cut and her new un-Hermione approach, Emma looks and feels like a breeze of fresh air (sure, if we count the Twiggy flavor out). I rarely get to share my favorite recipes with you (not that I wouldn’t, it’s just that when I get to sit and talk with you, I’d much rather do it in a convivial, entertaining manner, than from a cooking perspective. When you’d like me to change that, do tell me, it’ll always be a pleasure to talk to you, no matter the topic and the approach!). So what was I saying? oh, yes – though I rarely get to share my recipes with you, whenever I get struck by the cooking lightning, I feel the urge to tell you all about it!

So this time, the cooking lightning struck a while back and I haven’t had the chance to say anything (bebe and all). Ikea’s cookbook? Have you seen it? Heard of it? It’s ah-mazing! Really is! Not because it turns your kitchen upside down. Oh no! it’s the perspective! That’s because I can’t honestly ask you if you want the bling thing! It’s so expensive, it makes writing about so vain!

However, when it comes to i-anything, I find it so hard to resist the temptation, I end up writing a teeny tiny piece after all! So this $8Million iPhone 4 has a handmade rose gold case with a gazillion little shiny diamonds in. On the sides, even the home button was blinged up, not to mention the Apple logo that was made from 53 diamonds! Its designer, Stuart Hughes must either have a slightly more intense passion for iPhones than anyone out there or.. there’s someone out there talking on the $8Million iPhone right now. After doing that Burlesque collection, it was time for OPI to engage in some new fashadventure that’ll make every nail fashionista out there dream. Teenage Dream, Not Like the Movies, Last Friday Night, The One That Got Away, Black Shatter. Five names for five special nail polish colors.

A collection made in collaboration with Katy Perry that’ll hit stores first thing next year. Yep, you’ll have to wait until January 2011 to get your own Katy Perry OPI. Is it worth the wait? How do you feel about the new neon nails? Would you wear your nails straight neon/glitter or use those shades just for nail art purposes? (via)

Do you remember that hands irish dance I shared with you a while back? I can’t listen to that tune no more without imagining the wonderful dance show they put on. (me and a whole bunch of other internet browsing people who were treated with that viral video)

However, you may also have noticed that there’s hardly anything original out there, from the music we’re hearing to the clothes we’re wearing. Reinterpretation is the name of the game and we’re all playing it day by day. Have you seen lil’ Willow Smith’s “I whip my hair” thing? If you haven’t, you should know that 10Million people actually did watched Willow’s breakthrough single and they keep talking about it ever since.

I wouldn’t engage in a musical diversion about Willow’s vocal qualities, I wouldn’t go as far as discussing her scenic presence or charisma. I would, however, consider the epic side of this hair-whipping story: everybody does it! And if I had to choose sides, this Tim Flach photo would be somewhere on top of my whipping preferences. I’m a simple girl and I have the simplest neuronal patterns. That’s why I keep my pleasures on the simple note and treasure the simple things in life. Such as turning Paris into your playground, par exemple?

And not just any playground, but a spectacle of rhythm and light! Justin Timberlake and Noot Seear did that for the Givenchy Play perfume ad campaign and it turned out to be quite a beautiful clip! Sure, I don’t expect them to have actually done that, but as fictional as it may be, it’s quite a magic trick! For a perfume, biensur! Don’t you just love a simple ad campaign? Don’t you just love how we mimic nature? When fall turns in, all those falling, colored leaves? Doesn’t it push you into becoming a red-haired? No? Well, you must be one of the few who doesn’t feel that hair dye urge once fall kicks in!

It so happens that everyone (and, maybe, their respective dogs) wants to be a red headed this fall! Oh, and for a haircut – think Emma Watson’s new pixie cut!
