Kanye West’s $180,000 Tiret Gold Watch
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
Come, come, you have to see this! I know it’s been a celebrities – filled couple of days here but come on, would you have missed this time piece, it would have been such a shame! Really!
So – it’s about Kanye West‘s wristwatch, a pretty blingy piece of work signed by Tiret and especially commissioned by Kanye himself to make his face in black, brown, yellow and white diamonds (in a total of 8 carats, adding the bezel line). All is fine, Kanye got his face on the watch, the watchmen got their pay… the only trouble is – if I’d have one of these, I couldn’t tell the time. Could you? (via)
Kate Beckinsale’s New Blond Hair
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
Yes, yes I know! Remember when you said some people should never be blond or whatever other color except their natural one? I think the same applies to Kate Beckinsale here!
I didn’t even recognized the beautiful lady with her new hairdo! Which is not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to celebrities and their (lack of) privacy. However, if I would have to choose between dark haired Kate Beckinsale and bleached out blonde Kate Beckinsale I’ll most definitely go for the first! How about you? (photos via)
Naomi Campbell Does Elle Russia February 2011
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
The ever so beautiful Naomi Campbell gracing the cover of Elle Magazine, the Russian edition, the February 2011 issue. Too bad she forgot to put a top on her gracious persona! We love her nonetheless, as long as she keeps quiet and polite (no, we’re still not over her trial testimonies)
Photographer: Kayt Jones. Stylist: Daria Anichkina. Also – out of respect for the fashion editor of Elle Russia, we’ll just pretend that this doesn’t have anything to do with Naomi‘s boyfriend being Russian, mkey? (via)
Rumer Willis For Badgley Mischka Summer 2011 Ad Campaign
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
The lovely looking images from the Badgley Mischka Spring Summer 2011 ad campaign have emerged. Rumer Willis, the eldest daughter of the ex power couple Bruce Williams Demi Moore who is the star of the Badgley Mischka campaign looks radiantly beautiful.
Yes she’s wearing extensions, but let’s concentrate on the gorgeous princess-ish dresses and the dreamy beach landscape. There’s got to be something you like in these images – if not the girl then the dress. If not the dress, then maybe the location… Lastly, maybe the photoshop – op on the pale peach dress image – see the shoes, to her left? They’re placed behind her but they’re unnaturally big. Talk about focus on accessories! (you can click the photo to see a larger image) (via)

Burberry, Dior, Calvin Klein, Cavalli For Your Little Ones
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
It’s hardly surprising with the increasing amount of baby bundle joy news pouring in day after day that the couture houses would come up with baby / children gear to beautify your lil ‘ ones in a catwalk ready manner.
I’m sure the chances of those collections created for the little ones being sold instantly are constantly increasing with every growing baby bump, but to be honest, beyond the sheer admiration for the creative and crafting efforts behind the couture baby attires I find it hard to cope with the ridiculously high amounts of money you have to pay to get your baby (say) a pair of Burberry knickers. (and man, would I love to have my little one wearing the checked print!)
And even if, judging by the hautness of the brand, the prices may seem justifiable, all you have to do is imagine that the wee one wearing the classy Dior shoes will not only wear them for a maximum of three months, but he / she will also chew on them like they were biscuits! Then again, I’m sure little girls are so eager to wear leopard print Cavalli jumpsuits! So couture! (Childrensalon via)
H & M Decor For Your Home
January 18th, 2011 by kpriss
Did you know that there’s going to be a H & M Decor line available starting this very March? You may have got some hints about that when I did the window decoration article about the H & M Home store a while back.
Either way, here’s a little something to water your mouth with: actual images of the actual products that will be available under the H & M Decor label. Words can not describe the enthusiasm catching up with me when I look at these fancy pieces of home decoration elements. (there’s just one downside as far as I’m concerned – for now, the H & M decor line is only available through selected stores and, allegedly, online. Let’s cross our fingers for global distribution and I’m sure our imagination will find ways to personalize the new mass decor line!) (via)
Helena Bonham Carter’s Vivienne Westwood Dress, Mismatch Shoes For Golden Globes 2011
January 17th, 2011 by kpriss
I’m pretty sure Helena Bonham Carter dresses herself for the fancy events she’s going to! How else would she end up looking like this on the Red Carpet?
Any in – its – right – minds stylist wouldn’t allow Helena to go out with her hair in all its frizzy splendor (I’m loving her for doing that! It’s an honor to have frizz hair so well represented on the Red Carpet!) and, especially, wearing mismatch shoes! I dreamed of doing this more than a couple of times – wearing two identical shoes, each a different color! And Helena is wearing that for the Golden Globes 2011! How can I frown and go all fashdesperate on her when she genuinely believes she’s stylish? That Vivienne Westwood dress found its best wearer yet! (photos via)

Anne Hathaway’s Sequined Armani Prive Dress For Golden Globes 2011
January 17th, 2011 by kpriss
As hard to believe as it is, there was something in the air at the Golden Globes 2011 tonight! Here goes another pink-ish dress on Anne Hathaway!
Her Red Carpet choice was a pink shade sequined Armani Prive dress with very dramatic low back cut. Looking lovely and sparkly, Anne was all smiles and rightfully so since her stylist chose such a flattering, trendy dress for her to wear. Would you wear such a low back cut?
