Kate Moss Loves Her Teddy Bear

Remember Comic Relief and their Red Nose Day initiative? This charming little video that follows takes you for a ride with the Misery Bear and none the other but Kate Moss. She’s looking great as ever, partying as always only this time… with a twist!

Far into the video we discover something entirely unexpected for both Kate and the lovely Misery Bear. At least she’s not wearing Louis Vuitton, nor is she smoking (oh, and if you think it’s all too strange – remember it could have been worse – imagine if the Misery Bear was a Lagerfeld Teddy Bear?)! Akris Fall Winter 2011 2012 Collection

It’s hard to ignore the new fur trend. Whenever we will be talking about the fall winter 2011 2012 collections, we will also mention fur. It goes with the trends for the next fall. Fur and hoodies.

However, the Akris interpretation of the Fall Winter 2011 2012 season is a very strict and almost severe. From gray to bright red, the Akris catwalk is easily described as conservative. And minimalist. Which is just fine by me. How do you feel about the new minimalist approach of fashion? (images from the entire collection here)

A.F. Vandevorst Fall Winter 2011 2012 Collection

We’ve seen the previous collections with a little vintage flavor and a pinch of ladylike elegance. It doesn’t change much for A.F. Vandevorst Fall Winter 2011 2012. It just ads the equestrian theme to the overall inspiration board.

For that was the spirit and that was the A.F. Vandevorst silhouette for the 2011 Fall – Equestrian. Skinny pants with cropped jackets and interesting (to say the least) back details. Harness or simply fabric leftovers, the back of the catwalk presented models were … intricate. Ladylike with a twist, wouldn’t you say? (images from the entire collection here)

Agyness Deyn Photographed By Hedi Slimane For Vogue China

Agyness Deyn still works! She was recently photographed by Hedi Slimane for the March 2011 issue of Vogue China and boy, was she fit in that Burberry spiked jacket! Though I’m not very sure as to why she left the fashion hotspot (or was she falling out of flavor?), I find her highly suited for the new androgynous aesthetic. So I wouldn’t erase her from the fashdirectory anytime soon.

Actually I can envision an ad campaign with her and Andrej. She’s the improbable girl of the new fashion. That makes her so hot! Plus she’s with James Franco – cinematography’s new it. How could anyone deny Deyn‘s very important place in the fashion main theater? (more images right after the jump, click here for the gallery!) (photos via)

Havaianas Soul In The Sole Collection

Have you heard of the new Havaianas collection? I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely sold! It’s great! (shoes again.. it must be a sign!)

Havaianas Soul in the Sole collection not only looks summery and joyful, but I also believe it to be comfortable and perfectly fit for the urban style. And more. I came across its teaser while strolling around their website following the Missoni news. Now all I can think of is when will it be available and where? (click through for the teasers!)

Most Fashionable Car. Ever

Now to lift up your spirits there’s a very interesting and original car. Also environmentfriendly! An electric car in the shape of a shoe (actually made of leather) was built by a reputed Chinese shoe making company.

It only costs $6,500 to make and is suitable for two people. The making company said they will be making 40 such vehicles for their China stores. I don’t know about you, but I’m waiting for the Louboutin shoe car! With sequins, please! (via)

Emma Watson’s People Tree Collection 2011

And because I entered a somewhat envirofriendly state of mind, thinking about the ways we could care more about our Earth and make it less angry (I believe that whatever we do, it boomerangs back at us. So I’d be concentrating on doing some good), I stumbled upon Emma Watson‘s new People Tree 2011 collection.

Her Spring Summer 2011 collection is the third of its kind and also said to be the last for the brand. I don’t know if that’s true, given that Emma just took a break from school to attend her other activities (filming and whatsoever), maybe designing clothes is among them? Do you think she actually designed any of those items? Either way, getting involved in a sustainable project like this one is good for the said brand, I’m certain! Nature Happens

And when it does… what is there left to do but join our hearts together in prayer and, if possible, lend a helping hand to those in need. I’m sure you’ve all witnessed (near or far) the mad mad happenings in Japan.

My heart goes out for all those who were affected and my prayers go for all those who felt the rage of Mother Nature in its fullest! Love and hope! Get well soon, Japan! (photo via)
