Well, that’s new! For this Fashion Week season, I mean! Although I’m seeing the same colors we’ve seen everywhere (aqua, black, white, red) and the same stripes and leather-y motifs, Ralph Lauren Spring Summer 2013 brings a Hispanic elegance in the season’s style game.
And boy, do I like it! It’s clearly commercial, Spanish – inspired fashion has that timeless quality universally appreciated by women and men alike. But at least I picked up on some key accessories for Spring Summer 2013 from Ralph Lauren‘s catwalk: a simple scarf, in one of the season’s colors (cobalt blue, cherry red) loosely knotted around the neck, striped ponchos and vivid red flowers pinned on the shoulders or on the hip. Also: hats!
MacLaren Baby Stroller On Betsey Johnson’s Spring 2013 Catwalk!

If there’s one baby stroller I think deserves to walk in a Fashion Show, it’s MacLaren! I know there are so many other strollers out there, and many seem to be rated higher than the MacLaren, but I walked each of our four kids in a MacLaren and, hand on my heart, it’s the best!
So there it goes, the MacLaren baby stroller walks the Fashion Week runway for Betsey Johnson’s Spring Summer 2013 collection! It was a fun collection, as always and since she decided to use MacLaren for her show, Betsey will always have my deepest appreciation!
(consider this to be an honest recommendation: if you have no idea what stroller to buy, go for MacLaren! – and no, MacLaren has no idea who I am and this only comes from the heart, from one mother to all of you mothers out there, reading these lines)

Yesterday I was too caught up in Apple’s iPhone5 web to think about anything else. Especially fashion! Or Red Carpet! But today, I can tell you that those who weren’t plugged in the Apple reality, were talking about Emma Watson’s wardrobe malfunction!
While promoting her new movie, The Perks of Being a Wallflower in LA, Emma’s Armani dress was too revealing for the press to miss. And that, my dahlings, was yesterday’s big “fashion” topic! {E!online}

Oh, this is so bad! Kate Hudson on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar October 2012 as photographed by Camilla Akrans looks awful. Not her. Not right. Just wrong.
I wonder how this works. One witty fashion editor wakes up in the morning with the most amazing idea: let’s take someone famous, good looking, funny and so forth and make this pictorial where she / he don’t look like herself / himself anymore! But like an overused Marilyn – esque cliché.
And you know what? to make it more “aujourd’hui”, we’ll use these Instagram – like filters! Why not? people like Instagram!

My dahlings! Unless you’ve been living under a rock these past years, you have some idea about the madness stirred by Apple in the technology world. It all started with the Mac. But, taking things to the present times, it all started with the iPhone. World’s first smartphone going against the ever – shrinking current sweeping the mobile phones industry.
Today, my dahlings, the Sixth iPhone was officially presented to the world: iPhone5. In short: world’s “thinnest smartphone” weighting 112g (18% thinner than its predecessor) with a 326ppi Retina display, 4inch screen (1136 x 640) (more details after the jump)!

As we’ve seen in recent months, Kenzo is undergoing a severe brand makeover. Not that there was anything wrong with it in the first place! No – no – no! It was just… getting old!
So instead of it hitting the dumpsters it’s trying to hit the hipsters. And, judging by the latest photos taken by the always present paparazzi, Rihanna has embraced Kenzo Paris as a worthy fashion house. I don’t know if she’s using a stylist or if the t – shirt was a freebie, but Rihanna’s choice, to wear Kenzo Paris, will most definitely contribute to the financial well – being of the said maison. Would you buy Kenzo now that Rihanna is wearing Kenzo?
