You know I was asking who’s singing at this year’s Victoria’s Secret 2011 Fashion Show? Maroon 5! Among others (count Nicki Minaj, Kanye West, Jay Z also)
You may or may not know it, but Maroon 5’s frontman, Adam Levine, has a soft spot for models. His current fling, Anne Vyalitsyna was also on the catwalk tonight, making her debut her third show (until now) for Victoria’s Secret. And just because, during her runway outing, they had a Heidi & Seal moment! A full on PDA, people! Like Heidi & Seal! So wrong on so many levels! I know,I know, they look cute, don’t they? But it’s been done before! It’s like building another Statue of Liberty! It’s been done people, get over it already! Do something original? (click here for the gallery!)

I don’t like her that much to be honest. My faves are Miranda, Adriana and surprising newbie Joan Smalls. But I have not watch the show; I only saw photos….and I am listening with one ear to the 8 o’clock news…..sighs……

I am not a fan of him there’s only one song on Slash’ album called ‘Gotten’ with Adam singing great, I really, really love. I don’t need to see him though. It’s more bearable without seeing him to be honest ….obviously not a Maroon5 here hahaha….neither overly tattooed people….brrr…including Slash! ;) :D
Adam Levine has a nice voice and the only song that I like that he did was ironically with the black Adam Levine (Kanye) ; ).
That is what these “rockstar” types do… date models. I would ever be surprised if one of them someday dated and married a dentist! : )
Ellington, not all rockstars are like that believe me. I know one who’s married to a veterinary doctor and so he got his stage name Bumblefoot. He’s a great guitarist. Lars Ulrich (Metallica) has been married to a doctor. And a lot more of these guys have normal women and families. My favorite rock singer Myles Kennedy speaks fondly about his Wife as Kpriss does about Adored Husband. No clue what she does look like. They live still in his home town Spokane, Washington of all places. So are the other members of Alter Bridge.
We can also wonder if models ever date other men than actors and rockstars. Or rich business men ;)
I guess a lot of these people socialise in the same circle(s)?
I am sure that some rockstars have normal families but it always seems to be a thing with the big named bands and singers to have girl friends who are models.
I do not know if it is who they socialize with or if it is who they “choose” to socialize with. : )
I believe models also like to date or marry famous sports men and -as I mentioned yet- actors and rich business men.

It’s a cliche, I believe – once a certain social stage is attained, some men believe that an arm candy goes together with a powerful sport car and a Jacuzzi. It’s a handful of “must do” once someone becomes very rich, very fast. I think. After all, sportsmen and rockstars – they’re not exactly the epitome of financial thinking…
oh, and a dentist isn’t all that bad either! I’d actually like to see one of them (models) dating a high school math teacher for a change!
Runner Michael Johnson? He’s a high educated man. Ja, ja…I have been such a fan of the him. Stayed up to see him run live while I had to get up early :)
I can show you a list of these people who have brains and a impressive education. But alas they were all big before the ’00’s…
Karmen Kass (I liked a lot but does not see often other than in Max Factor commercials lately) and Lily Cole have brilliant minds of their own. Lily also marched along with her fellow students to protest against austerity measures for students last week. Kudos to Lily!
Oh, and what about actors? I think we should not generalize…:)
