We all love a small dose of sincerity from our celeb faces, the ones we loved to entertain ourselves with. Today it’s Kylie Minogue’s episode: from no-makeup to Vogue’s pages.
She appeared bare faced, sans makeup the other day for every paparazzi near her to see how real she’s keeping it but then she tweeted her Vogue photoshoot just like me and you and any of us would do: “Look ma’! No wrinkles!” (only loads of Photoshop!) That’s what I would say! What would you say? (photos via)

I would say: she’s human just like all of us and I like it she smiles and doesn’t seem to care…..but that botox gives strange faces. I’ve always liked Kylie. I watched Neighbours in the late 80’s and I remember how cute she was as Charlene. :)
I admire Kylie, she is a brave woman and her music is fun to listen to. I think she looks nice and “everyday”, and she looks happy which is a plus. :)
Give me a break. Kylie is a glorified p*rn queen! Those like my girl, who did and still do the hard yards, and were offered the same deals to sell their souls to become pop fodder, well, she may be more famous (who cares if you get to do what you love and live well?) but man, does anyone REALLY listen to her music? Try working in a studio with someone whose voice is barely audible and needs triplicating like how many times? Yeah, she’s cute but so is my kitten, and she doesn’t need to undress to get heard. What – so she went through a pretty public battle with cancer – people do that every day! Jeez, when there is so much more talent out there, junk like Kylie, Madonna, Beyonce, Gaga, Rihanna – all too painful to really listen to, unless you are a tone deaf puppet who can’t find decent music for themselves.
Okay, do this – shut the lights off and listen to one of her songs – any song, they’re all the same – and then listen to one by someone who CAN sing – I don’t know, Eva Cassidy, Adele, spring to mind but there are thousands of less-than-big-names who could/can sing better underwater than these trashy skinfest broads. Even songs recorded pre-technical era, with no music accompaniment sound better than this!
I’ve heard better singing without electronic enhancement on the sidewalk in the US, South Africa, Europe and Oz. Pretty sad that the first answer anyone will say when asked about famous Aussies, usually is Kylie. What a slap in the face for the brilliant local music industry.
