Last we knew, Scarlett Johansson was on the dark (hair) side. Marketing-wise, it seems, she kept her blonde locks, just in case… So this new Dolce and Gabbana ad campaign with blonde pouty Scarlett comes as little surprise.
Rose the One is the name of the new scent Scarlett is promoting there. And I’m saying this because if you only saw the ad image, you wouldn’t guess it’s actually meant to sell perfume! Would you? (the story continues right after the jump!)
The new perfume by Dolce and Gabbana will be launched this September (2009). It’s all about roses but also blackcurrant, ambrette seed, lily of the valley, pink grapefruit, mandarin, Madonna lily, litchy, peony, sandalwood, musk, vanilla. Bottles of the precious Eau the Parfum will be available in 30, 50 and 75ml.(via 1, 2)
I like the sound of the smell of it, but I will have to smell it and try it to see if I would buy it.

I have a confession to make: I smelled Calvin Klein’s Secret Obsession (with Eva Mendes as spokesface) and I was so pleasantly impressed by it, I don’t dare to say little about this kind of “mainstream” perfume anymore!
I always love the smell of roses. I think Scarlett is really versatile as she can dye her hair in every color. She looks good in the ad.
