Straps And Heels Sandals Talk

Not too long back, I came with a little Boots and Booties talk proposition and your feedback on the matter was rather positive. Now I was thinking more into that anticipation spirit and so I came up with some sandals to your attention.

For some reason (what would that be, I wonder!?) I found several almost identical pairs of sandals. I’ll start (randomly) with the different ones and end up with the ones you couldn’t tell apart. The Amy Gladiator Bootie from Bebe looks rather impressive. Pretty tied up for a sandal, very opened for a bootie, I’d have to try it on to give a final opinion.
(more heels and sandals talk after the jump)

The Borgarnes from Aldo remind you of something? They kinda look like a quiet, discreet pair of Louboutins for Rodarte 2007. Then again, I may be wrong, but they surely look interesting!

I think my favorite pair of sandals (or something I could call sandals..) are these grey wonders from Pour La Victoire (For the Victory), the Sabrina Grommet Heel in Grey. So they’d be a sure buy if I was going on a sandals hunt.

Now going for something more classic, I found the Giuseppe Zanotti Platform d’Orsay Pump with Swarovski Heel. Black and white, classy, easy to match and easy to wear, these beauties have a sparkling secret – the upper part of the heel is covered in Swarovski Crystals. I’m not a big fan of bling shoes (or bling anything for the matter) but these tiny crystals look like they belong there!

Of course there’s always the Peep Toe Pump – Mariah Satin in purple. Surprising yet classic in the same time, it’ll surely pimp any outfit! Not to mention that the discrete tiny satin bow on the front is asymmetrical!

Now I have to admit I’ll search a pair of brown or sand sandals like these ones because I somehow managed to find three very similar in three different shops so it’s clear enough I have a weakness for this cut… Gaze signed Charles by Charles David is so simple, looks so steady and so effective, I could go for it with my eyes closed!

The Wooden Platform Sandals from Jimmy Choo make my heart melt. But they’re clearly more demanding than the ones above, even if I could definitely wear them with a pair of dark jeans!

The Cross-over platform sandals from Miu Miu are a mix of the Charles and the Jimmmy Choo ones and yet with a distinctive personality, a clearly more mature one. Now I don’t know how I could choose between a handful of sandals chosen at a first look, but since I already told you which pair I’d take home, why don’t you let me know which one of those beauties is your favorite! Oh, that wooden Jimmy Choo sandals are to die for! And so are that gladiator booties and the grey Sabrina ones…sighs…so luckily for me its freezing cold here so I’ve not really any desire to show them off now!
