30 designers, one anniversary. 30 designers, one legend – the Russian Matryoshka, the Russian Nested doll, was slimmed down and dressed up by Vogue Russia.
Handcrafted and hand painted according to the designers sketches, the 30 Russian Matryoshkas Dolls measure 60x60x60 and they will be auctioned off for charity. I don’t know if the Russian wooden doll was among your favorites interior decoration items (or if you’re a collector), but from a marketing point of view, this move was brilliant! I look forward to the Aliona-Anna war! (oh, and my favorite is the Dries Van Noten Matryoshka! Don’t miss the Prada one! You’ll find it strikingly similar with Linda!) I can see what the attraction is. Some are really very pretty. But I prefer the orginal Matryoshka with hips. As a child I had one, or a few of course….please do not label everything……
I love them and have always wanted a set! I thought that they were magical when I was little. I still do!
I would love to have these as they are lovely and its a nifty idea! : )
I’d love to have ’em all !
Don’t know where I’d place them but they’re so cute and irresistable. I wonder why there’s none by Karl Lagerfeld and Galliano…
Wow!!!!
Some of them are really nice!
I would love to have a few of them.
