I was waiting for this movie for quite some time now. The new James Bond is out! Two nights ago, in London’s Leicester Square, the Red Carpet rolled for the Royal World Premiere of the 22nd 007.
The 007 girls were all outfashioned by Dame Judi Dench looking bright as a rose with her long black dress with generous décolleté, red scarf and, most important – her crystal tattoo with the 007 logo on her back! Now that, her Garçonne short cut, her bright eyes and her 73 years got mixed together in an explosive, gorgeous mix of undeniable style. How does Dame Judi Quantum-Of-Solace-ready look to you? I love Dame Judi Dench! She looks fabu, and her crystal tattoo is a bit of temporary sparkle fun! It seems that Bond has marked her, I wonder if Bond has an “M” tattoo in a special place? ; )

Carol Price if you’re talking about the crystal tattoo as being the “necklace”, I’m not convinced it’s a designer doing. I think you’ll find plastic gems at your local beauty store (Sephora & co). I was wondering about the necklace Judi Dench wears in the movie, too. She has it on in almost every scene, except for maybe the face cream scene. Looks like a few diamonds and pearls scattered about on several different strands.

I would love to find the necklace(s) Judi Dench wears in the film too. I tried to find her stylist’s name in the movie credits, but all I caught was the one for Daniel Craig. I haven’t turned up anything on-line in the past week either. Please help!

Judi Dench is wearing 3 necklaces in Quantum of Solace. One is a white pearl and black pearl station necklace on a dainty beaded pearl to pearl strand. The second is a choker of mother of pearl elongated pieces with some sort of tiny seed beads between them. And the third is a chain link stationed with fairly good size princess cut solitaire diamonds alternating with white solitaire diamonds. They are layered together which is why the pearl one sometimes moves over or under the diamond on while the choker remains on top.
That being said I would love to know the origin of each one.
They suit her style -timeless and edgy at the same time.
