Madonna had a six tracks concert yesterday, at Roseland Ballroom NY. It was her Hard Candy way to launch that last so awaited album of hers.
Aside the musical performance, aside the brilliantly marketed 4-minutes song (that, so conveniently, everyone saw from 2 weeks or so because it was “unofficially” swept to the public), let’s concentrate a bit on her Madgesty style to know what we’re facing in the next months…
You remember those boots, don’t you? They couldn’t have missed the big night! Now, let’s look further – those adidas sweatpants with the three traded glittery stripes on the side, the what could have been a lingerie upper body but it’s used as t-shirt, now continuing upwards we could also take under serious consideration the lace-something that was very fast removed, the Lagerfeld-ish gloves and the wavy blonde locks.
An overall of black and glitter, Madonna sets us ready for an upsetting trend of lace and jogg pants tucked into high heeled laced boots. And I thought we could put an end to this bad taste boots + sweatpants misery! Well now… we’re facing some hard candy style there…

and some mumbo jumbo pseudo-religion, a draconian life regime.. (don’t even mention the gym next door, a loaded bank account, people doing everything else for you so you wouldn’t have to lift a finger by yourself…and so on and so on). Now, is it only a stylist work there? The woman’s an industry by herself…
