What a beautiful model, what a beautiful cover. Was that 1969?

Late last night I saw a a nice short portrait of Naomi Sims on tv. And more great photos. Revolutionary she was! She was not found by a talent scout. She took all the initiatives herself! In the 60′s! And she got this cover and was a Halston model. After her career she wrote books. What a amazing woman. Afterwards I thought: gosh, how less do I know about her, that fighter, that pioneer. Such an inspiration……I’ve to google for her. We all have. This is THE Naomi!
Sometimes I applaud for Dutch tv!!
