The Angriest Catwalk Models
March 18th, 2009 by kpriss
Have you ever wondered why models don’t smile on the catwalk? They have one of the most coveted jobs in the world and they still look so unhappy! Check out the Meanest Mugs of the Catwalk from Lara Stone’s murderous angry look to Coco Rocha, the Mildly Annoyed! Fierce! I die! (The Pipeline)
Coco Rocha Doodles
March 18th, 2009 by kpriss
Models can do other things than being ridiculously good looking, right? Coco Rocha is the perfect example proving Zoolander’s theory right: her pretty little hands draw such beautiful doodles, I bet one day she’ll start her own fashion line! Or else… (Oh So Coco)

Elle Perfume By YSL: Anna Selezneva Kate Moss Copycat
March 18th, 2009 by kpriss
Seeing Anna Selezneva advertising for Yves Saint Laurent had such a terrible déjà vu, I have to question my Kate Moss likeness. Maybe the fashion consumers of the world have to have a Kate Moss in every models generation.
Kate Moss from YSL Spring Summer 2008 Manifesto looks so much like Anna Selezneva (or the other way around, putting things in a chronological perspective) you’d ask yourself why work with Claudia Schiffer or Naomi Campbell if Kate Moss is the YSL woman? (the story continues right after the jump)
Liam Gallagher’s Pretty Green Fashion Collection
March 18th, 2009 by kpriss
Oasis. Liam Gallagher. Fashion. You think there’s a strange sound to that? Wait till you see the lil’video! You’d say a Guy Ritchie movie!
Liam’s clothing line is called Pretty Green and it’s not just a project, it’s a reality – starting June 2009, his clothes will hit the market. Footwear, knitwear, jackets, trench coats, scarves, t-shirts, denim, hats, parkas, accessories, all not necessarily designed by Liam but he’s got the veto whether the specific item has the Gallagher stint or not.
Pretty Green is a clothing collection by Liam Gallagher (and his payroll fashion industry professionals) for Liam Gallagher:
“I’m doing it cuz there’s a lack of stuff out there of the things I would wear. […] It’s gonna do clothes I like, if people like it, cool, if they don’t, they don’t!”
The good news? It’s a Men’s clothing line! (such a relief!) (via, photo via prettygreen)
Dare To Wear Mimi Vert Jewerly?
March 18th, 2009 by kpriss
I recently received an email asking me to check out yet another original jewelry brand called Mimi Vert. I now share the beautiful creations with you.
Mimi Vert started by being a close circle jewelry collection made by Swiss self taught designer Miriam Josi. Even if her education studies brought her to volunteer at an orphanage in India and even made her a teacher in Switzerland, Miriam Josi decided to break path and go abroad to study art. Rachel Bilson Has Jergens Natural Glow
March 17th, 2009 by kpriss
Jergens Glow in the Dark seriously raised my eyebrows when reading their pledge. They pledge to give up bad tanning habits by promising goodbyes to fake tanning techniques and risqué sun exposure
Isn’t that normal? Tanning sounds more and more like smoking these days – soon they’ll make patches to give up fake tanning beds! Rachel Bilson is the face for Jergens Natural Glow thus hoping to get more attention for the Skin Cancer Foundation. (the story continues right after the jump!)

Natalia Vodianova And Luke Grimes Do V Magazine 58 Spring 2009
March 17th, 2009 by kpriss
V 58 sets a new standard for magazines – glowing in the dark can become a serious tendance if given the right style approach.
Natalia Vodianova and Luke Grimes for the glowing cover doesn’t make a terribly fashionable choice of a cover but if I take this in a Se7en kind of way, I’ll instantly see Gwyneth and Brad shining in the sinful darkness of fashion. (the story continues after the jump. Don’t miss the gallery with Natalia Vodianova’s pictures from this V58!)

The Sartorialust Collection By The Sartorialist
March 17th, 2009 by kpriss
One should really know when to stop! The Sartorialist learns nothing from his brother-in-blogs Perez Hilton: turning your blogging talents into fashion is not taking you too far! The Sartorialist has more than his Sarto-book coming up: his own shop chez Colette “The Sartorialust”. I wonder if wearing one of his “lusts” things would make you a regular in The Sartorialist’s snaps… (via The Pipeline, photos via Kitmeout, photochopping courtesy Stylefrizz.com)
