Mulholland Deerskin Backpack, World’s Most Expensive Backpack!
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
Is that so? Not any fash-competition to outshine the Mulholland Deerskin Rucksack Backpack retailing at $1,325?
Made of deerskin leather (my fingers hurt from writing this and thinking about the poor deer turned into luggage), this allegedly most expensive backpack is made by hand in San Francisco by the luxury leather manufacturer Mulholland. Available in ebony and moccasin, the 16”x11”x14” Mulholland backpack looks strangely unattractive for its price tag. And most discreet also. But does it really worth the price? (via)
Hump Day Crimson Skies (Sydney Red Dust Storm)
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
Yesterday it was animation, now meet real life “cloudy”: get ready for some serious landscape! It’s Sydney, under fog. And not just any fog, it’s a vermillion fog!
Highly unusual and truly alarming for those experimenting the unusual phenomenon, the red fog was in fact a blanket of dust hit by sun. Or so they were told. It all happened in the Sydney morning sky, from the early hours to about 7.30 am and of course it spawned chaos in the city. Crimson and clover, over and over… (SMH via Pruned)
Nicholas Kirkwood For Rodarte Spring Summer 2010 Shoes
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
Now just in case Santa reads this (never know, never know!) and decides to make a stop at the Alexander Wang shop and just like that, decides that T by Alexander Wang tops, dresses and maxi dresses would make just the perfect addition to my humble wardrobe, well, then Santa should strongly consider the following shoes also:

T By Alexander Wang, My Favorite (T Shirt) Dress!
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
You know when I was falling for that D & G Strapless chaotic number? I wasn’t en mesure to put my hands on the original, I got myself a Zara ripoff (recession first, duh!).
Now all I can think of is this T by Alexander Wang T Shirt dress. Long sleeves or short sleeves, black or charcoal, I just keep thinking the hows and the whens of showing that jersey beauty the way to my wardrobe! It’s just so… me! (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)
AnOther Magazine’s Decade In Style By Hedi Slimane And Craig McDean
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
Can you believe a magazine photo spread can actually be shot in 18 months? (no, there’s no typo! A year and a half for fashion photographs!)
One of my most favorite magazines, AnOther Magazine brought together not only two wonderful photographers (Craig McDean and Hedi Slimane) but also a handful of iconic personalities from Stella Tennant to Chloe Sevigny for a Decade in Style celebration. It’s all happening in that very special Fall Winter 2009/2010 issue! (the story continues right after the jump with more images!)

Suri Cruise Wearing High Heels Shoes. Wait, What?
September 22nd, 2009 by kpriss
Pediatrics and celebrity don’t work well together! Here’s the walking pink proof: Suri Cruise, little Suri Cruise was photographed wearing high heels sandals!
I know most mothers dream about dolling up their little girls, but what you should ask first is your baby doctor. If he/she’ll allow your baby to put on some high heels/platforms shoes, you’re a go! I wonder what’s wrong with normal shoes for young girls? Flats, anyone? (photos via)

Cloudy With A Chance Of Meatballs
September 21st, 2009 by kpriss
You know I can’t refuse myself a good animation movie! And sharing this with you makes my heart jump with joy!
Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs had an amazing opening weekend! $30 Millions (appx) so if that’s any indicator (except for being a certified blockbuster), Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs is another winning hand for Sony! Here’s to entertainment, blockbuster-ish or not!
Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman Babes In Arms In Vogue October 2009
September 21st, 2009 by kpriss
What were they saying chez Pantone? Purple and grey? Yup, Vogue US rides that wave! Take good note: the animal print is still on, ladies! Put your feline on!
Jourdan Dunn, lovely and most pregnant (can’t you see the sweet baby bump underneath all that fabric frills?), Chanel Iman as beautiful as always, photographed by Craig McDean for Vogue October 2009. Charming, feminine, flawless! Have you seen that Jonathan Saunders pencil-like bracelet on Chanel? What’s the fashion deal with that one? I mean I know fashion has an endless reservoir of useless creations in the name of trends and style, but that’s gotta be a pen, right? (photos via)
