I was really this close to switching sides and going with Superga for my next sneakers acquisition. (why? if the previous discussions weren’t convincing enough, I’ll detail why I’m tempted to switch from Converse some other day, now I’m just marveled at these beauties and I want to share my find with you) Until today. There’s a little rumor flying around for a while now. And with the official announcement of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis splitting up, things gotten even worse: evidence is brought forward, information about secret meetings between Johnny and Amber who seem to enjoy spending time together.

A month from now, we’ll be all able to enjoy Google’s latest creation: Nexus 7, the tablet from Google. While its price may be playing in its favor ($199) and some attractive packages come with the launch (prestigious magazines subscription available for 99 cents), the question remains: can Google really turn us against Apple’s iPad or Amazon’s Kindle? (last I checked, Google’s Nexus phone was never a threat for the mighty iPhone.) Let’s watch…

Not a day without Photoshop, huh? Now, either no other model was available, or Massimiliano Giornetti, Salvatore Ferragamo’s creative director had a fixation on Kate Moss: the Salvatore Ferragamo Fall Winter 2012 2013 ad campaign shows a ridiculously younger Kate Moss.

Reportedly photographed by Mikael Jansson in Berlin’s Russian embassy, the campaign should recreate Russian Czarist fairy tales in all their glory and sumptuousness. Sadly, Kate Moss looks like torn from Madame Tussaud’s wax pages. Especially when put next to Karmen Pedaru and Sean O’Pry who are also starring in Ferragamo’s Fall 2012 campaign! My dahlings, what are your plans for the big 4th of July? I think we’ll do some concerts this year, now the kids are older and can attend open air music festivities.

However, maybe some of you plan something really special for that day and the excitement is building up: every detail is thoroughly planned and designed to fall into the Great American Flag pattern. And how about the dress code?

Because I just found this impressive dress which can be, of course, a perfect wedding dress or a wonderful costume for a National Flag themed party. I love it and I’d wear it as a costume.
