Talking about Karlie’s hair reminded me this lovely cover hair I’ve seen yesterday and got too carried away in the cookies baking before sharing my thoughts with you!
Vogue Netherlands January February 2013 cover is simple, white, with pink accents and a stunning beauty with really nice hair: Agnes Nabuurs as photographed by Erwin Olaf and styled by Marije Goedkoop. I love Vogue Netherland’s cover models! Firstly because they are just that – models and secondly because they’re Dutch. There’s nothing like home – made, really!
Getting back to the hair: much like the entire styling, it’s so natural and appealing! Maybe not necessarily Vogue material, but I do like the delicacy and the freshness of it. But what I like the most is the hair! And please, be kind, my hair looks like this. On its good days (wink). And I’m loving it!

Great cover and I too like her hair!
Netherland’s Vogue has nifty covers and I love that they use models! : )
Not necessarily Vogue material? Seriously? I love it. The girls have done a great job until now!
One remark. We are a multi-culti country. I love to see a model whom represent that.
well, I’m happy you liked it, girls! I was afraid I’ll be the only one :) after all, it was I who deliberately wanted to look like that and I chopped my hair ;)
not Vogue material – yes – because people expect something over the top, something fashionably amazing and otherworldly from Vogue magazine. As if they’re only admiring what they can’t achieve / wear. I never quite understood that. Not fully. I love fashion’s down – to – earth approach as well. Makes it feel accessible. Which it’s not, I’m aware that it’s just an illusion. But a sweet one :)
Erwin Olaf whom I adore did a good job. He can do anything. Even something ‘normal’….and I want your hair Kpriss ;) :)
