In my book that’s what I call absolute craziness, border-less, beyond lolz and any rhetoric, beyond trends, economy and climate change, this, my lovelies, this is Fashion with a capital F!
This guy has discovered the Fashion Nirvana and he’s parading it right before our eyes! This guy makes Gaga blush underneath all her disguises and the likes of Daphne Guinness crawl back under their silver rock. I’m not kidding! Look at him sporting those Nina Ricci heelless platforms and that leopard print trolley! (anyone knows who this distinguish fashmister is?) (photo: Igor Dewe facebook)

Oh, my shopping cars are trolleys! Okay sounds much better and that guy? He make me smile very bright, seeing him so confident and happy with his own look! I would surely smile at him when he passes me by in the streets. :))
I couldn’t find something “elegant” to match with his Nina Ricci shoes, you see.. Shopping trolley would have been so trivial… But this guy really changes my perspectives on street style and haute fashion…
I find him rather mad, more so than stylish.
He reminds me a gentleman, who was mad as a hatter who used to come into the museum that I worked at to chat with the staff and the displays. He would come in and wax lyrical on fashion and art to the staff and the displays, dressed to the nines and tens but sadly he was several sandwiches short of a picnic.
Mad, yes but in a fun way. Our world needs people like him around don’t you think? Some innocent madness doesn’t harm a soul and can brightnen up ones day.
(as long as he doesn’t live next door from me, yep, he’s bright sight to see. In a photo!) It would be interesting to know who he is and why he’s chosen to be the mad fashionisto ;)
Ellington! You worked at a museum! What a lucky, lucky girl! :* I saw a movie not long ago, about a museum and passion for a certain art display. The name is The Maiden Heist. Adorable! Even if they were all kinda mad, mad mad, the movie was lovely, lovely lovely! Have you seen it?
I have worked in a few museums in Canada and in England. I have a Masters in Art Gallery and Museum Studies. I love museums, and the next stop for my studies is Christies in New York.
No I have not seen that film Kpriss but I will attempt to.
Thanks for telling me about it.
:)
Whoa! That must be magical! Now I picture you in one of the “Night at the Museum” adventures! (i’m such a sucker for nice, fantastic adventure movies!)
….is “jealous”!!! Fantastic Ellington. So you still study? Interest in our Rijks Museum? :)
Okay, his style is a little “something.” But I really like him. I can see how confident he is. It actually make me braver to get dress out there. And the only thing that so attracts me– his face. Oh, I’m certain that those are the hairiest legs the Nina Ricci had ever been.
Igor Dewe and his Nina Ricci shoes
Thank you, I googled for Igor and got 195.000 results! We’ve missed something. Bryanboy blogged about him and I found lots of Igor looks.
Igor Dewe in his own words: “I’m freak bitch baby!”
OK, fine by me I’ve to watch him because of the new NR collection.:))
btw, i see him often in Paris, he is homeless and plays violin in the streets
Are you sure this isn’t Baron Sasha Cohen’s latest creation…. there’s definitely a bit of Borat going on!
