Chanel has a court date with a 61-year-old seamstress from France, Carmen Colle, who runs World Tricot (an ethical hand made clothing company employing refugees) working with Dior, Gaultier, Givenchy. Well if they did nick her idea they should be made to pay up!
As I’ve understood she’s fighting this for years and does not stand a change? I hope for her she wins.
Argh, The Cut’s snobism called her “a simple knitter/seamstress” or something like that….*shakes head* and *thumbs up” to her!
