Now that looks like a good fashion magazine issue: Dustin Hoffman on the cover of New York Times T Style Magazine Men’s Fashion Spring 2012. A great actor, an interesting visage, this cover has a lot working in its favor! (and something tells me this isn’t just for the gay population – wink). I like it. Always liked Dustin Hoffman, always will!

Right! So this cover is meant for elderly ladies then since they’re back at the fashion scene and taken serious? ;)
umm… if being wise and appreciating the good things comes with age, then I must be getting reaaaally old! ;)
ehhh….I was not referring to you or your age Kpriss or mine for that matter! I meant the new hype of the elder fashion ladies scene…..and I was joking about a male on the cover like James Franco on GQ…..*epic fail* here by me…..sorry :”>
no, no, no fail whatsoever! You know my tastes go towards classic more than anything ;) and as for elder fashion ladies – we watched Inkheart the other day with the kids and, once again, I was in complete awe when I saw Helen Mirren! She’s a walking, talking style lesson! (or Meryl Streep for that matter – her presence alone brightens up a room!)
No, that’s not what I meant. I meant that new IT NY Manhattan thingy. A group of elderly ladies loving fashion their way, show it off and blog about it. I believe their leading lady was that 96(?) year old fashion woman who’d passed away front row at the last NY Week Fashion show!! What a way to go!!
These ladies dress to have fun. Most of them look dreadful but what does it matter? They enjoy life and don’t care anymore. They dress to please themselves. Must be great to be really old and not give a damn about no one or anything! :D
my bad! now I see what you meant! sorry ;) I was thinking about that “middle age” wave of actresses taking the big and small screen by storm lately (like Meryl, Glenn, Tilda – why not – Helen Mirren, that lovely, lovely lady from Downtown Abbey? and so many more, I’m sorry I don’t remember all their names right now).
ah, yes… I used to visit a blog who deals with them adorable ladies – a moment to think – Advanced Style. Are you familiar with that one?
No! I’d never visit a blog like that. I read about a blog and these Manhattan ladies somewhere and saw an item on tv. These were very outrageously colourful old girls having lots of fun dressing up :)
Thanks for the effort Kpriss.
