Today’s Most Daring Headpiece

Comes from our beloved, the one and only, the fiercest of them all wee monsters, Laaaadyyyy Gaga! And no, she’s not serving in a restaurant as a hobby, she’s just styled that way for one of her upcoming videos.

It’s art, baby, it’s art, something we, little monsters, wouldn’t have any idea how it tastes like (I feel there’s little chance you ever dreamed about wearing a plastic bucket and a telephone wrapped around your head)! (and if you’re looking for more, hit the jump, a second phony headpiece was placed there for your viewing pleasure!) (via)

I love her nose job! I know this has nothing to do with the hats. She or the surgeon didn’t took away her real face. I noticed that of late. It’s still Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta. Oh, what a name! :)

I like Gaga now. All the anti-Gaga talk has turned me on. I love her music and her “craziness”. It cheers me up.
Oh, what a world! :)

Lady Gaga always makes me either laugh or go huh? I don’t dislike her but I am still not a big fan of her tunes. Her personal artistry interest me more kind of like the late Leigh Bowary.
In the first shot with that bucket on her head, I would have been more impressed if it was a KFC bucket.
Oh did I ever tell you ladies about when I was little I informed my parents that I was running away from home? I did not have a suitcase so I packed my clothes in a KFC bucket. I had $2.50 in cash, and my Barbie dolls. I also put on my favourite parka as I thought it might get cold later… it was the height of August. I left for about and hour but came home because my brother Kevin missed me and told me to come home from behind the tree I was living by.
Ah my halcyon days… : )

I remember at the time how some people spoke about the phenomenon Leigh Bowery was. Passed away so young…..I think he has influenced so many people. Like Alexander McQueen, oh yes!

Cute story Ellington, you must have been very young then? I better not start about my run away days…..
What’s a KFC bucket?
There’s a rock guitar player named Buckethead. Has played in the still so called Guns n’ Roses. I believe his real name is Brian Carroll?
Have you heard Guns n’ Roses played two surprise gigs at NY Fashion Week for the happy few? With Daphne Guinness and David LaChapelle a.o. in the audience? And of course Mickey Rourke lol! I saw footage on YouTube. Dwelling on songs of the old days looked like Spinal Tap to this “old” fan ….Spinal Tap is still genius to me and this “cover band” isn’t though the musicians are great……

Yes, I was 7 at the time of my leaving home. : )
A KFC bucket is Kentucky Fried Chicken Bucket. I used it because it was what we had had for dinner the previous night. I did clean it out and line it with a plastic bag before I put my clothes in it.
I LOVE Spinal Tap! It is one of my all time favourite films (So funny) and I have the soundtrack too!
I had some rock musician friends who said that the film although was a comedy mirrored some of their experiences in the music biz.
