Simple Trick For Bad Face And Bad Hair Days

While some struggle with Photoshop, others with studded makeup, but models know best how to keep it simple!

And we have to take notes, there’s the New Year Resolution moment right around the corner! I’d start by vowing to throw away my umbrellas, makeup and hair products! Who needs them when you can use a simple cardboard box? (the following takes place in Paris during Fashion Week) (photo via)

That’s funny! Some holes in the front to look throught? Voila! :)

I can’t help wondering if this works with a paper bag too ( they are more practical but maybe is not fashion enough!)

ah, I’m sure it does! I remember having seen Shia LaBoeuf proudly wearing a paper bag around town one day… between that and smoking, I think he chose the last one for I haven’t seen him wearing the bag again! ;)

Right you are, Adriana, normal people would need holes to look through. But not models. Models aren’t normal people. They’re above average. Especially a super like Jessica Stam (who is actually hiding under the charming cardboard box)!

Oh, it’s Jessica Stam? Oh, I a lesser mortal need to see where I am heading….

Thank you!

Oh dear.
I have an embarrassing childhood memory which I share with my brother.
School had just let out and it had just started to pour down like someone had turned a tap on full blast and my dad came to the school to pick-up my brother and I. The other parents came to get their kids carrying umbrellas, did my dad do the same? OH HECK NO! He came to the waiting area where all the other kids and parents were and he came walking in calling our names loudly while wearing a brown paper bag with two eye holes poked out! Oh and the eyes were not even lined up! We were mortified as kids are when their parents do such things. We pretended we did not know him and ran to the car. I have tried to bury this memory deep Kpriss, but this model and her box brought it back. ; )

Oh, girl! That is just sooo!!!! come here, I just wanna hug you! The way you say it? It just makes me laugh my heart out! I do believe that he thought he was making a funny thing! Plus – you did stand out from the crowd easily! Who needs an umbrella when everybody has one? :*

Oh we laugh about it now!
My dad he does those types of things… a lot. We have tonnes of stories like that. The madcap mental reasons and adventures of my dad! The sad thing is he is very serious when he does these things, it is not a joke to him. My mother is the comedian of the family.
I would not trade them or my memories of all the wacky for anything! : )
I am glad I could make you laugh with my silly true story!

OMG, keep on sharing these stories please I think I love that parents of yours! It’s not a silly story, it’s funny and moving…..hahahahaha……:-*

I’m finishing my 6th, I have to go to get my diploma I bought a nice suite, I cut my hair, and i didn’t watch the weather (in Belgium we can have the 4 seasons in one day), at the same time, I just came to my modelagency, and my booker told me that I have to pay attention to what I wear in the street because I can meet a potential client without knowing it, it started raining, I was alreadydressed up to go to school, nowhere to buy an umbrella, without thinking of my new hobby, I went into a frikot(a little place for french fries), I asked if they can give me a huge plastic bag and a little one (they gave me one for (officially for the rubbish) I made 3 wholes for my head and my arms and the little bag one I put to my head!!

I was focused, thinking of my last day of secundarschool and all the people who will be there to congratulate us and the way i shouldn’t get there wet.

I’m on the traffic rights fighting with my impermeableoriginalbag waiting to cross, people looking at me, and I do’t care but at that moment I wanted to respond to say, “what do you want a picture?” there’s this woman she’s looking at me with instance, I look at her to ask her stop looking at me,AND who I see the headbooker of my agency who told me some hours before that I have to take care of my look!!

I was horrified, I didn’t know what to say,she didn’t ask anything.

after that when I had a casting sometimes she said to me “don’t forget to take an umbrella with you” other girls did’t understand,

But I was shining at school!!
what a souvenir!
now I go to sleep.
