For some reason I’m having a blue day. Why not reflect that in the way I’d dress? Of course, that’s an ideal blue-day blue outfit. In down-to-reality terms I break a blue day with blue jeans. What could me more appropriate? Blue jeans, red Converse. Top-anything.
What do you wear for your blue days? Something that’ll instantly power you up or something dull, something that will blend you in with absolutely no chance of entering the top five styles of the day? (photo via)

I wear my fave jeans today , Vanilla, not really a brand desired by fashionistas. O wonder if it still available? This pair is a bit flared, almost 15 years old and still in good shape and fits like a glove. I bought them when they were deep dark blue. I’m gonna wear them today with a black leather jacket and biker boots. And a black leather cap. A vintage cap. On blue days I wear inside the house always comfy house-wear. Sports wear that is. It’s Autumn, it’s dark outside and it rains……no Converse sneakers on blue rainy days….nah….
(Viktor&Rolf’s show made me smile though :) I read somewhere, Dutch humour by Rolf: “With the credit crunch and everybody cutting back, we decided to cut tulle ball gowns.” :D)
I’ve got a floaty blue vintage dress with an asymmetric detail that is my FAVORITE blue item! And it’s electric blue to boot. ;)
What is that she’s wearing around her neck, it looks like something she grabbed from the ocean.

I’m wearing a whiteskirt with bluegreen and brown big flowers, on top I have a white marcel and a green (fake) burberry shirt with my favorite blue scarf from Etam. on my feet I have brown vintage boots,
I love blue When I will get married I’d like to wear a long blue silk dress. Like one I saw some years ago from Calvin Klein.
When I am feeling “blue” it truly depends on if I am venturing outside and what the weather is like, for me to decide what I am to wear.
But if I am feeling blue and I am staying inside, its is totally Pajama City for this chica!
: )
P.S. Adriana your outfit sounds totally funky!
lol! :*
my blue days I just want to blend in. I want my car to be the dirtiest of them all (not that’s anything different from that any other day… take three kids. put them in a car. any car. heeeeloooo dirt! you name it, I have in my car! the day they’ll invent the vacuum for children mess, I’m gonna be one happy mom! not to mention how clean my car would look like! eh.. getting back to fashion before you get the wrong idea about me;) ) – I was talking about the exterior of my car! If I’m feeling blue, I want my car to feel blue too! and all that until I turn the radio on! (and I hear all that children music? back to blue, square one!). Inside, on a blue day? velour pants for me! looove the softness and the warmth of that fabric!
Kevin – maybe that’s what she picked to emphasize the blue.. blue-sea-original product! ;)
Adriana, looks like your day’s a biker girl day! Saw a guy the other day – he was wearing some darn cool biker boots! We (me and my Adored Husband, of course) instantly fell in love! Biker boots rock!
So nice girls: I went out again today in the same “biker outfit” because it rained cats and dogs. And so many people smiled at me….??? So I didn’t felt blue at all :))
@café au lait: your wedding dress to be sounds lovely! I wish blue looked good on me. I’ve to be careful with blue it makes me look sick :(
