eBay Wins L’Oréal Lawsuit

It may have been ordered to pay up against Hermes, but eBay celebrates its victory against L’Oréal in a case filed against eBay in France. The Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris has ordered the two parties to work a strategy together to combat the counterfeit trade. The road is long and hard, but there’s eLight at the eEnd for eBay!
