There’s no rest for the luxury market it seems! Regardless of the recent economic worries, Hermès expands and estimates additional 86 work places available by 2011.
The news was first announced in the French media and now is ready to take the internet by storm. Numerous retail and fashion industry giants felt the cold hand of recession digging deep down their pockets (even Sir Philip Green, Topshop’s mogul, felt the crisis cut £500 million deep, despite his Kate Moss kryptonite!). I bet they had leather pockets, exquisitely handcrafted by Hermès. That would explain it all, right? (via)

What a great news and so comforting to know there are actually still companies who doesn’t suffer by our poor economy.
