Here they go.. Mr and Mrs Smith.. ahem Perfect. Angelina Jolie in black from top to toes and Brad Pitt, in black tux (to toes).

What a beautiful pair. How irreproachable match of outfits. What a beautiful smile and how unconvincingly happy they look together. I’m more and more convinced, with every new appearance these two pull, that they’re as fabricated as everything-Hollywood. The ultimate marketing trick. But then again, let’s get back to our (as always) dressed in black Angie. How’s her Versace gown? She wears it well? (photos via justjared)

Of course Angie wears it well. Its a beautiful dress. Her trademark black doesn’t surprise me anymore.
Speaking about the “ultimate marketing trick”, some weeks ago I found this NY Times article about the couples marketing. The smart marketeer is merely Angie herself. An interesting read.

She looks great and Brad looks great too! Everyone is talking about his cheesy mustache but I believe its for a movie he is now filming.
Angelina always wears black, its her thing I guess.
Yes being a Hollywood couple is about marketing but I don’t think they look fake happy.
I’d say who I think looks and acts fake happy in public about their relationship,but then I would get a comment about my comment from Eva. ; )

The gown’s lovely and would be great for a coming New Year’s Eve Ball if you’re lucky to get invited. I’d wear it with fake emerald drop earrings and a large silver velveteen fringed shawl…Dream on Dolly.LOL!
Btw I like Brad’s moustache.

Adriana, thank you for that link! It’s indeed a very clever woman, in relation with the press and she surely knows how to handle her image. I only hope she knows how to handle her life too… Happiness is not easy to find and surely not something you could buy or switch focus for.

Dolly Bird, why not? Day dreaming is a bliss. Sometimes! It’s a do-no-wrong dress. If Angie wouldn’t be the one wearing it, the dress would be… quelconque ;)
