I think you know by now that every Sunday it’s time for a little image browsing and choosing one photo most inspiring for that moment.
Well, today’s image is worth more than the proverbial thousand words and I think there’s no need for more explanation, the pixels tell the story. The photo is called “Kansas Police Photo”. I was actually wondering if it’s an event depicted from reality or staged.
I for one go beyond the tragic first glance of the image and say that the real feel (at least for me) of this pictured event is larger than life. Larger than any possible pain, disaster or happening. It’s survival at the state of art. Does it look authentic to you?

I don’t know if it is real or staged, but isn’t all art staged in one form or another? There is always some preconceived notion or premise, even in “spontaneous art happenings”. To me it combines the tragic and the humourous aspects of life.
