Just one little Transformers thing before I let go today! If you thought I was joking about Michael Bay’s obsession with girls dressed in white during the heavy action scenes from his Transformers movies, take a look below!
There’s no need to be a Transformers fanatic or a Transformers fan to know that the Transformers brunette sensation Megan Fox was replaced by Victoria’s Secret Angel Rosie Huntington – Whiteley (trivia – you will notice, during the movie, that Sam calls Carly “Angel”).
Besides being blond and British, Rosie’s character has to fall under the cliché knife in order to fit in the Trasformers franchise. And while Megan Fox was breathtaking in short jeans gravitating around motorcycles, Rosie wears stubbornly short dresses, all white if possible (with a single noticeable blue sequined exception) and felinely walks in and out or around classy, luxurious, rare cars.
Either way, white is de rigueur for Michael Bay’s Transformers girls, blond or brunette, they all get to trash out white garments fighting alongside the Autobots and Sam for justice! I can’t wait for you to tell me what you think (as far as I’m concerned, Rosie can go back to the Victoria’s Secret runway and stay there; also – please get Megan back?) (photos via)

I have never watched Transformers but Megan looks better in this than Rosie whom I not like at all. Also not as a VS Angel. I can’t explain why really? Megan looks brave and sexy and Rosie looks like a dumb blond I don’t want to have at my side in danger. I go for Megan.
Alas, Steven Spielberg has decided Megan is banned because as it seems Megan said something about Hitler when younger? Have no clue what it was? Probably something stupid? And Mr. Spielberg must be obeyed. There goes Megan’s career…..
After the second Transformers, you know, the stars were interviewed and all sorts of questions were asked. One of them was (I’m quoting from my memory, so it’s not the real deal) how was Michael Bay as a director on the set of his movies. Anyway, Megan said that he was like a Hitl*r and bam! Megan was no more part of the Transformers casting for the next movie!
Of course, for a while, it was said that Megan quit to pursuit other engagements, but few days ago, when Michael Bay was interviewed by i-don’t-remember-what-magazine said that she was fired at Steven Spielberg’s demand because of the above mentioned remark.
My Adored Husband said that Rosie not fitting the profile was mainly because of her blond hair. Seriously, could it be so?
I found some reviews and no one is enthusiast about Rosie. Rolling Stone found Shia and Rosie too dull as a couple. And that in a film that is 149 minutes long? Nah….
As for Megan’s remark…oops…she probably meant it not that bad and found Michael Bay a dictator? I think the reaction of Spielberg is kinda exaggerated.
To be honest, it’s my granny’s fault I guess since she did that, when someone acts real dominant or speaks on a certain tone to me I say sometimes: Jawoll!! No one is shocked here about it and the person in question usually get it…Megan is young and apparently her knowledge of history is not that good.
