That’s a way to trick or treat! Armani designed a special Halloween chocolate to be sold starting this week up until the end of October in the Armani/Dolci stores.
If you’re set for this fashionable candy, you’re maybe interested to know what’s supposed to be like: dark chocolate pralines all enclosed in white chocolate coating suggesting a “tiny ethereal ghost” (company’s description). I’ve never tasted the Armani chocolates before. It’s a fashionista’s must to have a taste of Armani/Dolci sweets? Have you already tried it? Is it any good?

what happend to armani?
are they in finacial troubles?
chocolate, mobiles, interior?
i don´t go for such an increment of product line up!
I think I don’t have enough money (((
Who is making the chocolates for them? I will not be buying them. The only brands that I partake of are Green & Blacks organic and Godiva.
I adore chocolate, its my favourite food group! : )
I stick to Verkade’s very dark pure chocolate….so yummy….
@susi, I begin to believe Armani is the next Proctor and Gamble to earn more and more money. If that’s possible with the current state of the economy world wide…..Wait a while and we can buy wash-liquids i.e. too!
@susi I think it comes with the territory. When you have that much money and just want to expand, you touch everything you can! I remember some study few years back that stated some facts about Haute Couture – they’re only few hundreds Haute Couture buyers worldwide so it’s only logical the HC houses start to diversify. My only hope is that they only keep their meddling into others’ business limited to the name.
@Angel – that’s why I asked how much it costs so I could brag about eating Armani chocolates one day! (we;d better start saving ;) )
@Ellington, to be honest, I haven’t found that info! I long searched for it and instead I have found the registrations of the trademark. So I can only help you with this : Armani Dolci has been registered in 09.08.2004 for the following: Meat, fish, poultry and game; meat extracts; preserved, dried and cooked fruit and vegetables; jellies, jams, compotes; eggs, milk and dairy products; edible oils and fats/Coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, rice, tapioca, sago, artificial coffee; flours and preparations made from cereals, bread, pastry and confectionery, ices; honey, treacle; yeast, baking powder; salt, mustard; vinegar, sauces (condiments); spices, ice for refreshment.
@Adriana – I’m not a chocolate fan (my husband is!), I like chocolate for experimental purposes since my loyalty lies with no chocolate in particular. As far as the world’s financial future, I try not to get my head dirty with this. Every time I get haunted by things like that, I look at the children smile and hold my husband in my arms. And suddenly it all vanishes like a bad dream!
It isn’t even that good.. way too sweet and bland, doesn’t have a rich coco taste. Why would Armani ruin their brand name with marketing chocolate when they clearly have no idea what they’re doing? Stick to what you’re good at.
