Marimekko Kulke Kit Print

When I first saw this print I just couldn’t get it off my mind. So I’m giving it to you, to give me your opinion:

It’s a Marimekko print, you know, Marimekko whose collaboration with H&M I found brilliant. It’s called Kulke Kit and it represents a parade. Colorful, joyful and unexpected it’s recommended for the kids room. Why not? It changes the usual pink princess print or the eternal blue cars or trains wallpaper. How about it? Does is stick insidiously and stubbornly in your head too?

I like it. The lines and shapes are interesting, and there’s an organized look about the colours.
However, I wouldn’t recommend it for a kid’s room — there’s an eerie feeling about it that I can’t quite pinpoint.

I love finding new, interesting and bright prints! I love using them in my clothing- I am never afraid of colour! I wonder if I can get these prints on fabric retail?

I love these prints too. They are -to me- multi national or even multi cultural and therefore great to make up stories to tell the kids….Great for their own imagination too.
